He bared his fangs. "Zu'u los ni hin rez! havaat los daar ven." He then transformed back to normal and tapped a glowing panel. A door opened up into the mountain. "Now lets get moving." He scouted ahead.
Bethany followed, her longspear in hand.
Seren stooped at a large opening. A cave filled with glowing crystals awaited them. Seren tore a large pink crystal off and inspected it. "These are dragon stones. How odd."
Bethany put a hand on them, "I can feel their power, do they react to spells?" she asked.
"No. They react to other dragons. It depends on the dragons gender. Pink Is obviously female."
Bethany thought for a moment, "What exactly does it do?"
"It helps younglings maintain there magic and fire." He put the stone down.
"Hmmm," she picked it up and pocketed it, "May come in handy later if we want to tame a young dragon," she said. She started into the cave entrance, entering into her darkvision so she could see.
Seren walked beside her and then stopped across some carvings. "We go no further. This is ancient ground. If we proceed it would be trespassing."
Bethany gave Seren a glance, then stepped past the ancient runes.
He attempted to stop her. Insted he pinched his forehead and cautiously followed. "This looks unusually familiar. This area. It looks awfully like a elder dragons den."
Bethany smiled, "I've been waiting for a real chance to test my skills," she pulled out her sword and shield and then turned to Seren, "By the way, do you know what I am really after?"
"I have a feeling I dont want to know. But tell anyway." He drew his broadsword. It shined even in the darkness.
She proceeded through the caves.
Seren spotted a large skeleton. "Oh no..." He ran up too the skeleton and examined it. "This is a elder dragon corpse. It takes real guts and power too kill one if these." He stood there in silence.
Bethany kicked its skull. "I've seen someone take one down before, they aren't too tough, especially if you happen to be a high archangel," she said.
"I wouldn't be so sure... This one seems about a century old. Killing this one would require more than one person. Or perhaps another dragon. Hmm..." He was mulling it over.
