I'm curious, what counts as arcade games? Arcades are kind of an American thing, I'm sure we have some in the Netherlands but I never knew they existed until a couple of years ago. Still haven't been to one - they're rare to find even today. Yay culture differences.

I dont know, i am not an expert. But i know for sure that in the past, Street Fighter WAS an arcade game.

If its arcade cabinets to game console then it counts. But they could be anything. Be it lightgun games, racing games, fighting games (rarest genre nowadays) or even unique ones like arcade card games.

Actually Fighting games are rare on systems but the only fighting games I've heard of right now is the super smash bros series

Well yeah and I don't think that Nintendo would have EVER released smash in arcades because you just need a few quarters but now you have to pay 39.99 for a simple ssb for 3ds

Yeah but Pokemon is a little more generous and later in the year,they're releasing a new pokemon fighting game to arcades

Yeah, I believe that's a Tekken hybrid. They've also released a Pokemon arcade card game too.
