"Want to play a game to pass the time?"

"Sure, what game?" She asked, smiling.

"How about, I-spy?"

"Okay, you can go first." She said, just wanting to not be bored.

"I spy... Something with wings."

Rose looked around, "A hawk?"

"Nope."

Rose sighed, "A dragon, some kind of bird?"

"Nope, and nope."

Rose sighed, "I give up, what is it?"

"That vampire bat over there."

"Oh, okay..." She said, looking over at the bat

"What are you doing?"

"I am just looking at the bat." She said, shrugging.

"How? It's on the top of your head."

"W-What?!" She shrieked as she started to shake her head.

"Hey, calm down, calm down!" The bat pleaded, getting tangled in her hair the more she shook.

While looking for clues to my bloodline, I had come across an odd pendant, it was supposedly from my grandmother. I eyed it curiously thinking "how could grandma Jinx afford this? she wasn't rich unlike grandma Urd...".
It was radiating a magical energy I had never felt before.
Think logically, I said to myself, it's probably a demon.
My logic was strong, but my curiosity was stronger. I touched it.
I felt a weird warm feeling before a flash of light hit me, temporarily blinding me, I rubbed my eyes three times before I could see again.
I was in another world. Again, why does this keep on happening to me?
But the question is, where am I?
