"Latch, don't do anything stupid," Hotaru said, still clutching onto the Frothos eggs.

"Too late!" Latch blurted out before firing one of his eyes at the riders.

The rider yelped when she was hit. Another rider threw a throwing knife at Latch, with the blade stabbing into his mechanical eye, destroying it."GET MOVING!"The leader demanded.

"WAH! What the heck!" Latch shouted. Eventually, Latch started walking forward, and eventually hit a tree. Since he actually saw out of that eye, that left him with one useable eye and skewed vision. "Okay, you win! We'll come quietly!"

Hotaru followed the riders, but he kept both eggs in hand. He knew how he could possibly nurse the eggs to birth since he was a warm creature who happened to know how to breathe fire.

"Why are you taking those with you?"Reggie asked.

"I... I want to make things right," Hotaru said. "I don't want to just leave two orphaned kids out here to die. I feel bad enough killing their parent."

"Dude, you hatching them is probably gonna cause more harm than good."Reggie said.

"I can take care of them," Hotaru said. "I just don't feel right leaving them here."

"Dude, you even know how to take care of those things when they hatch?"Reggie asked. "Oh, and they are not coming on my ship if we get it fixed."Reggie said.

"I can handle it," Hotaru said. "I'll do my research when I can, and don't worry I'll release them when I feel they are ready to be released."

"Still not tak'n em on my ship."Reggie said. After a while the small group and riders had arrived at a surprisingly large village. Various K'zayl roamed the village. Whilst many were large and muscular, none were as large as Sarkaras. They eventually came to a stop before a large hut in the village. The Rider leader went inside. "So, who do ya think's in there?"Reggie asked.

"Whoever it is, I have a feeling it's not good," Hotaru mentioned.

Latch seemed like he was on the verge of shooting his mouth off. Since he had a broken, eye, he wanted to make light of the situation, but tried to keep it in as hard as he could.

After a short while the Rider exited the hut. She was followed by a shorter, younger looking K'Zayl. The younger K'zayl glared at Sarkaras. "Mother? I thought you were exiled?"She asked. "I was."Sarkaras replied bitterly. "Than why'd you come back?"The K'zayl asked. "The Zyrack is here, Kyrin. If we don't stop him he'll dest-"Sarkaras said before being cut off by Kyren. "The Zyrack is just some stupid fairy tale told to children."Kyren replied.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY!?!" Latch erupted. "THEN YOU'LL BE NEXT IF YOU THINK IT'S A MERE FAIRYTAIL!"

"I'm afraid I express the cross suiradea's expression," Hotaru said. "I am a Panda Bearon who just recently had the planet he grew up on blown up by Fenrir, and Latch had the same thing happen."

"Watch your tone Rat. I could have you slaughtered where you stand." Kyren snapped. "Either you and these pigs can leave or I'll have each of you executed."Kyren said to Sarkaras.

"Well... what do you think is in our best interest?" Hotaru asked. "I mean, we can't just let these people die because they're too stubborn to believe the legend of Fenrir."

"I dunno.... Maybe we should just leave and get someone else to hel-"Reggie said before being cut off by Sarkaras. "I will not allow my home to be destroyed by my spoiled brat of a daughter!"Sarkaras shouted. "I fought the Zyrack! It IS real! Otherwise I wouldn't bother coming back to see either of my Traitorous Daughters!"Sarkaras snarled. Kyren growled. "Execute them all immediately!"She demanded. "But make my Mother's death as excruciating as you can make it"Kyren said bitterly. "Behead the men and disembowl my moth-"Kyren said before an old voice cut her off. "Stop this instant."It said. Out of the hut Kyren was in, came a Grey.

The grey wore standard clothing the Grey's often wore. Kyren's eyes widened and she went white as she looked over at the Grey. "B-But, she's been Exiled and-and she-"Kyren said, before the Grey held up it's robotic hand to shut the girl up. "I understand that your mother was banished, and that by your kind's understanding of the world, being captured by a male biological is considered worse than death, and I respect your beliefs. But killing your own mother because she spoke the truth? I will not tolerate it."The Grey said angrily, and with a surprisingly calm voice, despite the fact that Kyren was nearly twice its height, and the rest of the K'zayl were easily three times taller, and several times stronger than it was.

"But-"Kyren muttered. "I'm not done speaking. The Zyrack, as your people know it, is real. Your mother is right about every point she made. She and her cohorts will not be executed. They will not be harmed, and they will be treated as welcome guests. Do I make myself clear?"The Grey asked. Kyren opened her mouth about to retort, before looking at the ground. "Y-Yes Ynoxx."Kyren said, still looking at the ground. The Grey glanced at the Riders. "You ladies may rteurn to your daily activities. The village is running low on Syroc meat. I would suggest going to retrieve more. Kyren, you return to your duties."The Grey said. The Rider's nodded, soon leaving the village once more. Kyren returned to the hut the Grey had come out of. "Now then, you four, come with me. If your claim to have fought the Zaryk is true, Sarkaras, we could use any information you have."The Grey said walking off.

"You know Latch, this might actually be a good opportunity for you to say something intelligent," Hotaru said. "After all, you fought Zaryk as well, did you not?"

"Yeah, seeing Zaryk through a telescope isn't exactly fighting," Latch said.

"But you DID see how far away he attacks from, right?" Hotaru asked.

"Hmmm..." Latch started to think. "No, I didn't personally, but the observatorian on our planet's capital did mention a few things about Fenrir."

"As I said, any information you have on Fenrir may be useful."The grey said. "Well, Sarkaras and I tried to fight him, but he had some kind of telepathy or something."Reggie said. "Ah, his gravitational manipulation. Yes we are aware of this. Did he utilize any weapons?"The grey asked. Reggie shook his head. "Hmmm.... Did he show an capabilities beyond his gravitational manipulation and his increased strength?"The grey asked. "No"Reggie said.

"According to the Suiradae astronomer on our home planet, he saw a big ship far away from the asteroid belt," Latch mentioned. "If there's a ring of rocks surrounding the planet's side, Fenrir was either above or below the planet at the time. I'm not sure what that says."

"It think it means he wasn't in the ring."The grey said as he lead the group to a tall white clean tower. "If he destroyed Cryoss then that means he just fed.... I can promise you that if he just fed than he'll begin developing more powers."The grey said as he and the group entered the tower. "Do any of you have anything else to note on Subject 5840?"The Grey asked. "Well, he destroyed Cryoss by throwing meteors at it."Reggie said. "Hmmm.... I believe he had it destroyed long before he threw meteors at it...."The grey said.
