"...First of all, don't ever compare an Angel to a Human again." Michael began. "And secondly, as I said before I don't have time to argue, do what you wish, I suppose as long as we have a wild card in our hand we might as well play it."
"Well, now that we have that settled, mind explaining a little bit more about what's going on." Alkilai said.
"Recently Demonic activity has greatly increased, Hell Gates are opening up sporadically all over the world, and powerful entities are just waltzing right into the Mortal Realm." Michael informed. "At first it was random and chaotic, but it's becoming more and more systematic, to the point where he only explanation is that someone is causing it."
"And you think that "someone" is Jigoku?" Alkilai asked skeptically.
"The only time Demons had this much of a presence on Earth was when Jigoku roamed free, if there was to be any sign that he has broken free, this would be it."

Sam crossed her arms. ''And does that demon especially have a weakness?'' She asked, curious. ''I swear on my skull, i have nothing to do with Jigoku getting out.'' Soul defended, raising his hands in the air.
"If you're asking if he has a weak spot or if there's some special spell that will magically defeat him, then no." Alkilai replied. "I don't really know that much about about him, but apparently he was a really powerful demon that nearly destroyed both Heaven and Earth."
"That is an understatement if there ever was one." Michael interjected. "Jigoku's power is beyond measure, no one was above him, not even us. Even with the combined might of the Army of Heaven and the three Golden Goddesses, we were only able to subdue him enough to seal him into the deepest pits of Hell, where he had laid dormant for the last 2000 years." He explained.

Sam snapped her fists and laughed. ''Slaughtering demons will be fun.'' She said, smirking as Soul crossed his arms. ''And what tells us were not just going to die fighting like tha-..'' Tried to say Soul, The Twili covering his mouth. ''Soul, think before talking. You're already dead.'' Sam said, looking up at him (Soul is way taller then Sam)
"Technically Reapers aren't living or dead, they just sort of... exist." Alkilai chimed in to the bickering of the duo.
"That matters not." Michael said sternly, an annoyed scowl on his face. "Ms. Jackson, this is serious, if Jigoku has his way it will mean the end of both Heaven and Earth, and I wouldn't be surprised if he set his sights on the Twilight Realm after his is through." He threatened.

Sam nodded. "I know reapers are not always dwas or living but Soul is actually dead.." She answered, crossing her arms. "Do not worry about me being un-serious. You Will quickly see what i can do on battlefield." The girl answered, a serious tone in her voice.
"Well I certainly hope so." Michael replied.
"Hold on, let's not get ahead of ourselves, what exactly is it that you want me to do?" Alkilai asked, slightly annoyed by all the tangents in this conversation.
"Well you see, we have checked the seal that had bounded Jigoku all these centuries, and it has certainly been broken, or at least one of them has." Michael stated.
"One of them, you mean you put multiple seals on the bastard?" Alkilai inquired.
"Of course, two of them." Michael explained. "The first was meant to bind his power, make him weak and feeble, unable to claw his way out of the Pit of Tartarus. The second is the last line of defense, it makes Jigoku unable to cross the Hell Gate, even if he is freed from his prison."
"So that last seal is the only thing keeping us safe right now." Alkilai deduced. "And I'm guessing the sudden influx of Demons..."
"There is only one way to break that seal, and the invaders from Hell are currently looking for it." Michael confirmed his suspicions.
"And what exactly is it that they're looking for?"
"Well, the Second Seal was forged by the Golden Goddesses themselves, so only their power can break it. Tell me, what could possibly exist in the Mortal Realm that contains the power of the Golden Goddesses?" He asked rhetorically.

''Probably nothing..'' Answered Sam, starring at ground, thinking about a plan. After a couple seconds of thinking, the Twili maybe had a plan. ''I know it may sound crazy but we have to let Jigoku out of hell.'' She said, looking back up. ''Are you crazy?'' Said Soul, not catching her plan. ''I could teleport to hell but i dont know if you guys can teleport.. probably not.. so the only way for us to fight Jigoku is by letting him out.''
"Are you mad, absolutely NOT!!" Michael snapped at her. "If Jigoku even steps one foot through the Hell Gate you can kiss humanity good bye, it took a full scale assault to both drive back his demonic army and subdue him enough to imprison him, should we be forced to do that again humanity will not survive!" He stated, Sam's plan was out of the question.
"I hate to agree with him, but he's right, this guy sounds way too powerful to let him run loose on Earth, even if we could bring him down, it won't be without massive casualties." Alkilai said not willing to take the risk. "But she does have a point Michael, how are we supposed to fight him if we can't even get to him.
"You're not supposed to, the Army of Heaven is." Michael clarified. "We can't risk this battle taking place on Earth, so this time around we intend to invade Hell and take the fight to them."
"Ok, that's nice and all, but what do you want from me then?" Alkilai asked.
"You see, once the invasion begins, we will for the most part be blind to what the Demons are doing here on Earth, which of course, will the perfect opportunity for them to find... whatever it is they're looking for." Michael explained. "With that said, the rest of the Archangels and I have decided to delay the invasion until we are certain that the Demons won't be able to break the second seal, and that's where you come in. We don't know exactly what' they are looking for, but we do know where they are looking for it, and judging by the locations we believe it may be some sort of relic. We need you to secure that relic and keep it safe during the invasion, so long the last seal remains in tact Earth will not be in danger."
"And you and your winged friends will be able to go all out on Jigoku in Hell." Alkilai concluded. "Makes sense, but I've told you before, I don't like being treated as your own personal errand boy." He stated bitterly.
"And yet you except every request we give you, because it is against your better judgement to refuse." Michael rebuked with a look contempt. Alkilai was silent for a moment, mulling over everything in his head.
"...Fine, just tell us where to go and we'll take care of it." Alkilai replied before turning to the two eavesdroppers. "That is if you two are still up for it."

''Were more then ready!'' Both of them said, leaning back to back and crossing their arms.
"Alright Michael, just point us in the right direction." Alkilai said.
"Very well, the Demons seem to be converging in three different locations. The closest one is the Catacombs located underneath the Capital City, where an exceptionally large Hell Gate had recently opened." Michael replied. "They are getting rather restless, so they most likely haven't had much luck locating the Relic, keep it that way."
"Believe me, we will." Alkilai assured.
"And with that, I must be off, we still have much preparing to do before the invasion." Michael stated before spreading his wings in preparation to take flight. "Be wary Alkilai, the power you wield may be divine, but you are still just a mortal." He warned.
"And proud of it." Alkilai replied, malice evident in his voice. Suddenly, a bright light shined above the Archangel and he flew into it, disappearing back to the Heavens. Alkilai let out an exasperated sigh before walking back to the table and reclaiming his gauntlets. "Well, come on you two, let's get going."

''Walk, teleportation, any ideas for transportation?'' Sam asked, ready to summon some shadow portals.
"Well, the thing is I can't really use Shadow Portals, my Holy Light just cancels them out." Alkilai admitted. "So unless you want it to close on you mid journey and be lost in the void for all eternity I think we should probably walk." Alkilai reattached his Gauntlets and walked passed the duo to the door, exiting the room into the hallway. "Sorry for the inconvenience, I'd tell to just go on ahead, but since I'd really rather not make the journey just to see that the problem's been dealt with already, I say we just travel together."
"Well sorry for not being a Denizen of Darkness like you." Alkilai apologized sarcastically. "Anyway, clear out your stuff from your room and let's hit the road, the longer we stay here, the longer those Demons have to ransack those Catacombs." He instructed.
''Mkay.'' Replied Sam, snapping her fingers as a portal appeared on top of her and her stuff fell out of it into her hands. ''Let's go now.'' Soul said, turning to his ''companion'' form.
"...Show offs." Alkilai said under his breath, silently lamenting how unversatile his abilities were. He led the two down to the tavern and returned his key before exiting, making his way down the road out of town. At the very edge of town there was a fork in the road and a sign that stated the destinations that paths would lead to. He looked at the sign and went down the path that the arrow labeled "Capital" was pointing. It was rare for him to travel with other people, he figured he might as well make the most of the company.
"So, what brings you guys to the Mortal Realm, we don't usually get characters like you around here." He inquired in an attempt to make small talk.

Sam heard but didnt say anything. "Visiting." She replied, walking.
"Why, you guys on vacation or something?" He pried further.
"No." Soul answered, with a deep voice even though he was in a little form.
