Mephiles wailed in pain as Sam and Soul wailed on him, his entire body exposed having lost the protection of his crystals. However, his power did not falter, hitting the two with beams of demonic energy from his eyes, freeing him from their grasp. He stood back up, visually weak and weary, huffing and puffing as he tried to catch his breath.
"...I... I will not let it end like this..." He growled, mustering up all of the demonic energy he could muster, condensing it into a ball. "Ridiculous, to think I have reduced to this by mere mortals! But, it matters not, even if I fall this day, Jigoku will rise again, and then... your Day of Reckoning... shall be UPON YOU!" He finished charging up his attack and threw it at the three, however Alkilai remained unfazed and merely side stepped to avoid it, the energy ball flying right passed him and creating a large hole in the wall behind him. Mephiles was speechless, he had put all of his power into that attack, but he was so tired and beaten that his aim was atrocious. Alkilai merely glared at the Demon as his entire body glowed with Holy Light.
"Maybe, but your day of reckoning... is right now!" He charged at the demon, focusing all of his Holy Light into his right foot and unleashing a flying side kick, connecting with the demon's torso and slamming him into the back wall, the shear power of the strike devastating the demon as he let out gurgles of pain. Alkilai backed away as he began shake and convulse with demonic energy, eventually exploding into a powerful shock wave, the demon was officially dead. And just like that, whatever demonic energy that had been lingering in the catacombs just vanished, either they had killed all of the attacking demons or they fled at the death of their commander, either way the place was clear.

Sam sighed, stooding up and spitting some blood on the ground and sighing again. ''I swear.. i hate that dude.. seriously..'' She said, wipping her face. ''Use their force against themselves.. that's something i got to remember against demons.. ugh..'' The Twili said, annoyed and tired because of the fight. Soul turned to his little reaper form and sighed too.
"Well, he's dead now, so he won't be bothering any one ever again." Alkilai replied. "And as much I'd like to say we can just pack up and go after all that, we've still got a job to... do..." Alkilai suddenly felt the same surge of power from before, now clear as day without any demonic energy interfering with it. It was a power like none he had ever experienced before, it wasn't angelic, and it definitely wasn't demonic, but its radiance was undeniable.
"Well, he was right about one thing, the "Relic" is definitely in here." He said as he absentmindedly walked to the center of the room. He stood before the royal crest that adorned the floor, and without even noticing it, his hand became engulfed with Holy Light, as if his angelic blood was... resonating with it. He looked at the crest, then to his hand and then back again, and knew what he had to do; he kneeled down and placed his hand on the golden symbol, the light flowing into it and turning golden. He stood back up as the crest radiated, and suddenly he ground shook a moment before a large stone column began to rise from underneath it. Once it extended to its full hight, it neatly cracked open horizontally, straight down the middle, and then the top half cracked vertically, allowing the column to open its hollow center. A bright light shone through the cracks as it slowly opened until finally revealing the source of the radiant power and the target of the Forces of Hell. Sitting there, on a pedestal within the column, was a glowing, golden triangle, plain and simple in design, and yet one could not help but marvel at its magnificence. Once Alkilai's eyes settled to the light and he gazed at the item, a look of surprise came across his face.
"What the... is that what I think it is?" he inquired, almost certain that he had to be mistaken or tricked.

(Triforce? Lol )
''I dont know, i do not know anything about human relics..'' Sam answered, looking at the relic. ''It does quiet look like a piece of Triforce.. thought..'' The Twili continued, still starring at the relic with an amazed look in her eyes. ''So, that's what we were looking for?'' Soul asked, confused. ''What is it's power?'' The reaper questionned, curious to know more about this relic.

(LOL, yeah, if the Goddesses are cannon in this universe than I thought we might as well go all the way, is that cool?)
"Well, if this thing is actually the Triforce, than it makes sense that the Demons want it." Alkilai began. "The story goes that when the Golden Goddesses left disappeared into the Sacred Realm and left the Mortal Realm in the care of Elohim and the Angels, they each left behind a piece of their power in the form of the relic known as the Triforce, apparently it was meant to be a sign of hope to Mankind, saying that just because they left doesn't mean their power wouldn't still protect them." He explained. "Remember what Michael said, the seal that's keeping Jigoku in Hell was created by the Golden Goddesses and so only their power can break it, and since each piece of the Triforce holds the essence of each respective Goddess, it can definitely break the seal."

(Yep! Althought, i shall know, is it the Triforce of courage, power or wisdom? )
Sam nodded. ''Is it the Triforce of Courage?.. or.. Power?.. Oh i know! Wisdom!'' She said, smiling at every idea she got.
Soul facepalmed. ''Each time we talk about the Triforce you're fangirling..'' The little reaper said, annoyed. ''Yeah and? It's an awesome power!''

"Well, this one's Wisdom." Alkilai answered, looking at his hands that were still going crazy with Holy Light. "Oh yeah, definitely wisdom." He walked up to the pedestal that the ancient relic rested upon, staring at it intently, slight bitterness in his eyes. He then slowly reached up and carefully grabbed the Triforce of Wisdom off of the pedestal. He backed away slowly, hoping there wouldn't be some sort of booby trap to protect it from grave robbers or something, and to his relief no such thing came. As he held the Triforce the light from both the relic and his arms eventually settled, leaving the item indistinguishable from a normal, triangular piece of gold.
"Alright, now we can get the heck out of here." Alkilai said as he placed the Triforce of Wisdom into his rucksack.

''Good idea!'' She said, running upstairs the fast as possible. Soul did the same. As they arrived outside, the duo sighed, waiting for Alkilai. ''That place was creepy.'' Said Sam, still tired because of the battle. ''Wasnt that creepy for me..'' Soul said, turning human. ''But you're a reaper, you make people die.. that doesnt count.''
Alkilai stepped out of the catacombs, the sun was low in the sky but it was not quite dusk yet, strange, he could've sworn they were in there for longer. The group walked through the palace back to the main hall when Alkilai felt a chill up his spine.
"You did well." a voice said from behind them, they turned around to see exactly what Alkilai expected to see, an Archangel, though not exactly the one he who he expected to see. This one, instead of armor, wore elegant robes that would put any king to shame, and his hair was short and a pale blond, neatly groomed upon his head. He looked much more wise and understanding than the battle ready Michael, but he was just as beautiful.
"Huh, haven't seen your mug before, what Michael was to busy prepping for Armageddon to come?" Alkilai said.
"I know you jest, but that is precisely the case, and so the task fell to me to guide you." The Archangel replied. "It is... good to finally meet you, nephew."
"Nephew?" Alkilai said, surprised by the moniker. Most of the Archangels never acknowledged him as the member of the divine family, but if anyone were to, it would probably be... "Ah, I see, so you're her brother."
"Technically all angels are siblings, but yes, she and I indeed shared the same mother." The Archangel confirmed. He then turned to Sam and Soul. "Greetings Twilight Princess, I am the Archangel Uriel, on behalf of all of Heaven, we extend our sincerest gratitudes for your cooperation in this grave matter." He said, politely if anything, Alkilai just rolled his eyes.

Sam and Soul bowed. "It is an honor." They said, putting a knee to the ground and keeping their look down to the ground.
"Rise Princess, I am but your humble guide this day." Uriel insisted, Alkilai just scoffed. "You have done a great thing Nephew, with the Tempter vanquished thousands of lost souls may find peace, and the Triforce of Wisdom is now safe from the hands clutches of Evil."
"Yeah, but the way, why the heck didn't you tell us we were looking for the freaking Triforce?" Alkilai inquired, crossing his arms. "I mean, this thing isn't even supposed to exist according to the Church of Elohim, so what gives?"
"Believe me, it was a surprise to us as well." Uriel replied, surprising Alkilai. "We had heard rumors since their departure that the relic existed, but we merely dismissed them as wishful thinking on the mortals part, we never figured that the Golden Goddesses were actually foolish enough to create such an artifact, to bestow such power upon the mortals... it was unthinkable, until now."

Sam then remembered. "My grand-grand grandmother helped the her' of time when he was in the Twilight realm. Link was the weilder of the triforce of courage and Midna was stuck in an imp form." She informed, getting up. "She was Also the wielder of the mirror of light."
"I thought that was just a legend, but then again, I thought the Triforce itself was just a legend, so at this point I'm pretty much ready to believe anything." Alkilai said. "So what, you and your all powerful Archangels just completely ignored that little crisis?"
"We were aware of the situation, but we were blind to the Triforce's involvement, it seems that it was specifically made so that we couldn't detect them." Uriel claimed.
"Guess the Goddesses knew you wouldn't approve." Alkilai suggested, with a slight edge in his voice.
"...That is unimportant now." Uriel replied, changing the subject. "The Triforce exist and thus there is a means for Jigoku to escape Hell, to pass through the Hell Gate. However he requires all three to break the seal, thus so long as we have one in our possession the Mortal Realm is safe. On the other hand, the individual Triforce pieces still bestow great power upon Demons, and so if they were to possess any of them it would make the assault much more difficult."
"So you want us to go fetch the other two Triforces." Alkilai concluded.
"Yes, if we are to vanquish Jigoku we must ensure that the Demons do not get any more powerful than they already are." Uriel replied.

Sam sighed. "What Did i get myself into?.." She thought. "Well, i'll be following the path of My ancester.." Sam said, tired. "Where'sur the next Triforce?" Asked Soul, curious. 'If this takes more then seven days My people will worry.. Ugh..' Thought the Twili, anxious.
"Well... that is the troubling part." Uriel began. "It seems that one of the Triforces has been retrieved by the Dragon Ornialus."
"Ornialus, isn't that the dragon that St. George slew?" Alkilai inquired. "Shouldn't he be, like, dead?"
"He was." Uriel said. "Ornialus was struck down by St. George his soul remained dormant within the pits of Tartarus, and with the awakening of Jigoku, he has been revived." He explained.
"And now he has one of the Triforces, great." Alkilai lamented.
"Ornialus has taken up residence in the Ancient Ruins in the south, guarding his prize it seems. He has no allegiance to Jigoku so he is most likely wishes to keep it for himself, but the forces of Hell are already pursuing him, we must get the Triforce back before it falls into their clutches."

Sam facepalmed. ''And lemme guess, that dragon can talk and is extremely strong and smart?'' She said, desesperated for that quest. ''I mean.. maybe we just destroyed a demon but.. a dragon?!'' Soul replied, also desesperated. The duo turned their back and talked about it for a minute. They then turned back to face them. ''We will help you. But at one condition.'' Soul said, crossing his arms. ''A nap.'' Sam continued, yawning.
''Seriously, fighting a demon makes us tired and now fight a dragon.. give us at least a nap.'' The reaper said, yawning also and wipping his eyes.

"A nap, you cannot be serious." Uriel said incredulously. "Time is of the essence, if the demons get a hold of the Triforce..."
"Save the doomsday spiel, I've heard it one to many times already." Alkilai interrupted. "Look, Ornialus is no push over, we all know that, and with the Triforce he's going to be even more powerful, right. So unless a Demon Lord is gonna come topside I don't think the Triforce is going anywhere. Listen, unlike you Angels, we mere mortals need our rest, so either you give us some time to recharge or you can go dragon hunting yourself." He spat, glaring straight into Uriel's eyes to show he was serious.
"...Very well, forgive me, I forget how fragile and meek mortals are at times." Uriel replied, Alkilai trying his best to ignore the comment. "You may rest for the night, but I advise you to leave first thing in the morning, there is still one Triforce that has not been located, and the longer you wait, the more likely it is to be found by the Demons." He warned.
"Yeah, we get it."
"Very well, now before I depart, there is something I must give you." He said, turning his attention to Sam. "Twilight Princess, would you kindly lend me your machetes."

''Uh.. okay..'' Sam said, handing him the machetes and giving him a confused look. ''Obsidian machetes.. is there something wrong with them?'' She asked, confused and curious. ''What are you going to do to the machetes? I gave them to her and i dont want anything to happen to them.'' Soul said, rudely, a little bit mad. The Twili pushed him back, look up to his 6'7ft tall. ''Calm down, Soul, it's not like they could break.. you told me yourself they were destroyable.. So calm down, will you?'' The princess said, trying to calm him. The reaper sighed, looking down to Sam. ''Okay..'' He said, rolling his eyes. ''Sorry..'' Soul said, crossing his arms.
Uriel took the blades, placing them on top of one another as he held the handles in his left hand. He closed his eyes and raised his first two fingers, there was a part in the clouds where a bright light shined down upon him as his fingers ignited with Holy Light. He traced the edge of the blade with his fingers, the Holy Light leaving a bright whitish blue trail. Once the entire edge was glowing with Holy Light he traced a cross onto the flat of the blade and raised his hand to the sky, taking a deep breath and upon releasing the Machetes burst into azure flames. They eventually settled, the blade seemed perfectly unchanged except for the cross that now adorned the flat of the blade.
"These are now Blessed Blades, they may now harm the hide of a Plague Dragon just as the sword of St. George could, may they serve you well." Uriel said as he handed the machetes back to Sam.

Sam looked at the machetes, amazed. She took them, still examinating them with amaze. ''Wow.. thank you..'' The Twili whispered, feeling stronger, now. She bowed, again, as did Soul, trying to look the more serious possible infront of the Archangel.
