I have noticed slot of star wars fans on this site and wanted to hear your opinions. Who shot first? Han Solo or Greedo?


I start: Han Solo always shoots first!

In the original version Han shot first. But in the remake they edited it to make it appear as though greedo shot first. Why? I dunno cause if I was talking to a bounty hunter who had a gun pointed it me, I wouldn't waste time.

Yeah but some people don't know that, or they prefer it a certain way I just wanted to hear some opinions

Either way though! Greedo is dead and Han is still kickin' it Like the stuck up, half-witted, scruffy-looking Nerf herder that he is. Heh.

Even the actor that plays Greedo says that. He said it makes his character look completely incompetent if he can't hit a target right in front of him.

And Greedo is one of Jabba's most trusted bounty hunters too right up there with Boba Fett. That's why he's one of the more well known ones. So his lack of ability to shoot such a large target at point blank range would in turn make one question Jabba's level of competence. And to be able to hire one like Boba Fett, I think it's safe to say Greedo would have been Rancor or Sarlacc food if he was friend so incompetent. Fact of the matter is Greedo spent too much time running his trap when he shoulda been shooting. Han just had the quicker trigger finger. Common sense says that if Jabba's puts a bounty on someone, you go at em blasters blazing. Not lips running. Unless he wants em alive.

Lol yeah then you set a trap for them. But Han shot first, Greedo was an idiot not to go ahead and shoot, He gets an A in time wasting, F in doing the job right. Everyone knows, shoot first ask questions later.

Pfft, everyone knows that Han shot first!

Han. There is no way around this, even in the radio edit sequels. I refuse to accept it any other way - because, it's, ya know, supposed to happen that way.
