Marceline continued sleeping, always changing position in the air.

It was rough for him in his first years. But he managed to keep his mind off his parents through the training he got from Nilly a female vampire of the clan. And his best friend.

Suddenly, Marceline woke up, having a sudden need of eating fries.

Fakill sat at the table

Marceline floated into the kitchen, opening the fridge and grabbing fries.

"out for a midnight snack" he said.

''My tempation for fries is not a midnight snack, just an ''addiction'' if i could say, to this food.'' She said, starting to eat the fries.

"Really" he said "and thats all you eat

''No, i just highly prefer this food among others.''

Fakill nodded then went back to his silent vigil"

''You always so silent?'' She asked, curious.

" its my way of connecting to the past. What ive done, stuff that happens to me. everything that goes on around me." He said" and reminds me of my human family. They are all gone now."

"I see." She answered, putting the empty Plate into the dishwasher.

"And plus I had a stricked vampire teacher. She taught me the ropes of the night.

''She must have been a good teacher, then.'' Marceline answered.

"Yea, she was" he said getting up from the table.

''Well, i am going back to floating-sleeping, see ya.'' The vampire answered, floating into her room.

Fakill remained sitting at the table.
