Rococo cheered with the men for Diego's rousing speech, and clapped for him. She was beyond pumped and ready for the fighting to get underway. Prepared for anything, she wouldn't let any of these people down.

Not far away from the village walked a lupine male. In his society he may have been called handsome, save for the scarlet markings running down the left side of his face and chest. He was whistling a cheerful tune to himself as he heard the excited, jovial shouting of the men in the town. The lupine turned his nose to the sky and sniffed, smelling many different people. The scent was somewhat dulled so he guessed that large amounts of metal were in the area, namely armor and weaponry. He jogged over to the edge of the forest to get a better look, knowing that they are either preparing for battle or having a tournament of sorts.
On the enemy's side of the battlefield, a command can be heard from the supposed leader. The voice is deep, and gruff. "Cavalry, charge!" The command is ushered from his mouth. As soon as he gave the order, the most heavily armoured and well equipped of the horsemen charge at the opposing force. "Wait for it..." Diego commands his men. The cavalry are getting closer, and closer. The musketeers run behind the pikemen whom have their pikes rested on the ground, awaiting his command. "Wait for it..." Suddenly, as the cavalry come in at least 30 feet of them, Diego shouts "Now!" as the pikemen raise their pikes and impale the horses, sending the riders flying and hitting the ground where they are quickly finished off by the musketeer's swords. "Quick! Kill the horses! Some are still alive!" Diego draws his rapier and quickly disposes of one of the suffering animals, the pikemen doing the same.
Grey merely stood at the edge of the forest and watched the carnage, a wolfish grin on his face as he imagined the undead force he could create with all those bodies. He also noted that one warrior fought with more passion and skill then the others, assuming that he was the commander he mentally commended him on his use of pikemen against cavalry .
Rococo got some height in a tree and took aim at the enemy forces. She wanted to strike at the enemy commander as soon as possible, but it was a hard shot with so much chaos among the field. Taking one of her bomb arrows, she aimed it carefully at a large gathering of the enemy troops and sent it flying at them. The explosion was big, and even caused a smoke screen that sent more of them into a flurry of fear of not being able to see.
Now with the cavalry out of the way, the musketeers regain their position and aim their guns toward the upcoming enemy men-at-arms. These dismounted men-at-arms have shields and swords, and are fully plated in steel, unflinching, and unaware of what's to come. As they get closer and closer charging, the musketeers let loose their bullets hitting a majority of them, instantly killing them. What little remained of the man-at-arms eventually turned tail and ran in the opposite direction, fleeing due to the noise and heavy casualties. It seems these soldiers have never come across such a weapon like muskets before, and even if they have, they aren't disciplined enough to brave the sound. The fleeing men-at-arms, lack of heavy cavalry, and the smoke protruding from the explosion begins to decrease the enemy's morale, although still many remained.
