She looked away fast time "uh...do youimd gaveing me a ride to the curt house" she asked solfy feeling bad she was sasking

"I have a previous obligation sadly, I'm sure 813 could take you though," I replied to her question.

She nodded slowly "o...OK" she said solfy "I'm sorry....to be a both-bothing y'all" she said and picked her bag up

"I don't have a car " said even tho I have a bike out-front

She looked down "I'm sorry I jsit leave" she siad feeling embrasssed as she walked toward the door

"Wait you can take my bike if you want " I said standing up

She truned and looked back at him "th-thabks but km...not good on bikes" she said solfy rubbing her arm

'o but still this part of the city is not safe to walk alone" I said looking away from her

She nodded she knew it wasn't a good part of town "I just be a bother to you" she said and sighed d looking down at her feet

I finished my pie and walked out to go to my truck and head out to the base for a briefing.
