So we all love rping and writing but I wanted to know the other talents you have. So if you write poetry, give us an example. Do you draw, show us. Maybe you are more of a singer? If you have a video on YouTube share it here. I know that there is soo much potential on this site and its time you shared it with me.

Thank you! That is always very gratifying to hear. I practice a lot.
But what about you? What are your hidden talents?
But what about you? What are your hidden talents?
I speak, read and write 4 languages fluently (Limburgs, Dutch, German and English) but I can mildly converse in or at least understand some basics in about 5 other languages on top of that. English was my 4th, self-taught since I was 12-13, and I was correcting and assisting my English teachers by the time I was 15. I have a real knack for languages and I tend to pick them up really fast. (I started watching Korean Dramas about 2-3 months ago, I can recognize most common Korean phrases by now, and follow parts of the episodes without having to read the subtitles.) I never took to French. I don't know why, I just don't like it (and I had a weird teacher in High School who didn't make me like it more). I used to be able to count in French really well though, as we often played Bingo during class in French. But the country as a whole doesn't draw me, nor does the culture, so my personal motivation to learn it is very low. I'm certain that I could master it in 1-2 years tops if I dedicated myself to it though!
This classifies me as a polyglot and I am very focused on accents. Most people have to pay close attention to be able to tell I'm not native, and most don't figure out where I'm from unless I tell them. I can even mimic numerous Dutch accents, ranging from the high-up North accents to the utmost South. This was especially useful (and developed) when I worked in a call center for nation-wide customer service.
I think in all languages I speak, though it varies in frequency. Sometimes I mix the languages together without realizing. Just recently I told someone "Mijn ouders hebben altijd in de auto gesmoked." The bolded part is not Dutch and I had to correct myself afterwards because it confused them. It happens a loooooooooooot. There's also the curse of knowing a word in every single language - except for the language I want to use it in. I often just stare at my mom and go "That Dutch word for <English Word>...".

Good heavens, Kim, your grace and muscle control are astounding.
Myself, I'm a visual artist. I work primarily with digital media, and dabble in a bit of game art (textures and meshes, et cetera). Because they're on the smaller side, some Furc portraits, by way of example:
That's a lot of nose rings.
Larger pieces: Example I. Example II. Example III.
I also pop out a bit of poetry (verse, free-verse and prose poetry), from time to time, along with the occasional short story or vignette. A few somewhat older examples can be found on this character page (warning: music), as well as my character pages here on RPR. As a young'un, I played violin and saxophone, sang in a few choirs, did theatre and musical theatre, and a bit of dance. Unfortunately, it's been a long enough time, now, since last did any of those things that I have no examples to share.
I am told (by several awards) that I am excellent at poetry (but also told by publishers to rethink my decision to write poetry). I can't think of any examples off of the top of my head, but if anyone is interested, I will go look for something that won an award when I was younger.
As for other talents, I am an intuitive tarot reader and I've had 99% rave reviews on how well I do it. I'm also getting into tea leaf reading and palm reading. Maybe it's because I read people well, but most people see the good in what I do rather than call me a crack-pot.

WOW! Jealous AGAIN! I wish I was good in languages but the only language I'm good at is Dutch and English. I used to speak french, dutch and arabic but I didn't have any practise anymore so I lost both French and Arabic.. I'll probably try to learn those languages again some time soon and maybe even italian but I doubt Ill be any good. People who know more than (Surten number) of languages mostly have high IQ's. Just saying

Well, I do have alot of hobbies like drawing and dancing (I dont have a video of this.. YET ) I also write poetry:
I hope, to leave this earth with knowledge.
Not much, yet enough to realise how lucky I was to know you.
I hope to leave this earth with gratitude.
Not much, yet enough to let you know how greatfull I was to have had you by my side.
I hope, to leave this earth being loved.
Not much, just enough to feel like I mattered to you.
I hope, to leave this earth as a good person.
Not too good, just good enough to go to heaven. Because there I'll be waiting for you.
And I also sing haha here is a video.
But I wouldn't call these talents since I'm pretty average in all of these
This thread is getting really awesome really fast.

I know right! Like, I knew there was some talent hidden on this site, I just never thought that it was going to be this amazing! Holy moly!
Mm, I have talents that seem to come and go. Or rather, interest comes and goes. Trying to dig up some of my best examples, lessee... Some drawing, some photography, some design, some code, a little bit of sculpture, and some other crafts.
In addition to prose, I write poetry, though not nearly as much as I used to. Some examples include Creative Frustration, Website Built for a King, and Little Boys.
I also sing, but not in front of people, and I was learning to play the penny whistle, but I lost mine.

I actually write songs and poetry. I also scream. Like, metal scream? Like, "EEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

I'm too sick to make it too far from my bed, so I can't look for my journals, but I'll take a stab at writing something off the top of my head. Please be gentle, I'm quite ill at the moment and I've barely left bed for more than my medicine!
I sing my song of silence,
Holding my breath, broken in fractures
Kissing her soul, seeking solace.
In fractured moments, flying by
I live as a dream
With her on my melodious, malicious mind.
I'm not good - unwell in mind,
I seek something soft and sacrilegious
For love comes to her in sin and pain.
We are nothing of evil or good,
But she has my heart beating
And I can't see my soul's sorrow.
I also remembered I do photography.
Biiiiig images
All of these are double exposures done at the enlarger rather than on the film. Black and white 35mm shot with an SLR. I have more images, but I have few of them actually scanned in because there are about 75 of them total I need to do. I'm also doing a lot of early 19th century techiniques like cyanotypes, Van Dyke Brown and stuff like that. It's a real trip to do!

It's funny how many people I know like this - and usually they're wonderful singers. If you ever record, feel free to share with me, maybe I'll share with you.
I am too shy to cover a song for you guys. I could show some literature!
Been playing piano for almost 14 years. I'm a pretty good jazz pianist, though not at virtuoso levels.
