Haaaaa... um... I guess I have to think a moment as to what would be my talents.
For the most part, I'm pretty decent at doing art (2D and small scale sculpting), photography, and writing. I'm also pretty decent at playing guitar, and on a smaller scale, singing. :'D Other than that, I also took a liking to horseback riding and archery -- my dad taught me how to do archery, and when I was a little younger, and before I moved out, we had horses on our property that I often rode.

On a more serious note, I wanted to drop in and virtually high-five all the brave and talented souls sharing! There's a lot of cool things here, from twirling rifles to 1000+ character family trees, and from digital art to riding horses.
You guys are some pretty cool cats and epic rock stars! Can't wait to see what else the community has locked away.

Uhmm, well I'm an art graduate so I can draw, design and create stuffs.
I can swim pretty well (lifeguarding & teaching is my career at the moment); just currently cut down my 500m freestyle time to 10m 50s at a slow and steady pace, since I'm training for my first triathlon in september (God help me). ;w;
The aim is to swim 500m, cycle 20k cycle and a 6.5k run. I can run close to 2k without stopping at the moment, can't say I've tried to run further without a break. So I've got a lot of work to do.
It also makes me proud teaching the youngsters that I have in my classes (5 years plus) to swim and improve, if that's classified as a talent?
Also to cap it off I'm very talented at flipping my eyelids up and scaring the poop out of people. :>

Good for you, going for a triathlon! Wow! What's you're secret to staying consistent in your training? I actually really like exercise, but I always end up letting it slide!

Because I work at a swimming pool, I get free swims there so whenever I'm working an afternoon shift, I go for a swim beforehand. Jog Scotland meets at the pool every week too, so I go to that with my mum (because she goes it's incentive to get dragged along even if the weather's bad and/or I can't be bothered).
It's not really that much if I'm honest; I need to get out running more throughout the week, and start cycling if I can source a second hand racer soon. I have a mountain bike but it's just not the same. One of the girls I work with lives just up the road from me and goes on a 5 or 10k run every single morning. x_x What I'd give to be that motivated!

Oh I know! My dad goes for a run every day, at least 10 miles (about 16k) and usually longer. He just ran a marathon last weekend. I find it hard to get on the elliptical haha! Once I start I'm good, but starting ... Lol

I wont think I'll ever get that good, haha. Never say never though I guess, nothing's impossible!
I was brought up doing short & middle distance races at athletics (literally pedal to the metal), so I find it crazy difficult to pace myself for the longer distances. If I manage a 5k without stopping by the end of this year, I'll be doing well I reckon!
Yeah the beginning is always the worst part. :L Music is always a good motivator though!
Starting is always incredibly hard. I put a start time for exercise in my calendar, and then have it reminder me 30, 20 and 10 minutes before that time starts, so I have enough time to wrap up whatever I was doing and prepare myself mentally. Onc eI start I'm usually good, but oh man, that's tough.
Oh my gosh, what an amazing bunch of talented people!! That is fantastic!
So, writing actually IS my talent. I am super into writing, and I've completely Nanowrimo five years in a row (three of those years happening while I'm taking classes at college!), I've won some contests, and I'm determined to be published someday.
Um...on a weirder note, I can lift up my foot (bending at the knee) and hook the ball of my heel on my hipbone! Ironically this is the only flexible thing I can do. I can't touch my toes to save my life.
Also, I don't know if this is a talent exactly, but I'm extremely good with kids! I don't think I've ever met a kid that didn't like me.

Oh Wow there are some awesome talents! Yikes Kim you rock belly dancing! And the art... So beautiful, guys! Also especially envious of the languages, Sanne!
I'd say my talent is definetely writing. I wouldn't go as far to say I'm publishing ready but I'm getting there. Also, I've been blogging about books for about six months now (yay!) at A Writer's Tales, and feel extremely happy that the thing has been alive this long.

I am currently a 1st dan black belt at my Youn Wha Ryu martial arts class (which helps a lot for writing detailed fighting scenes). It's based in Tae Kwon Do, but gets more aggressive and it mixes in dozens of other martial arts too. My mom actually got video of when I tested for 1st dan a few weeks ago. I'll edit this post later and put in the link when YouTube is done uploading it.
I also write of course. I work as a contributing writer for a local newspaper. I'm in a Creative Writing class at my school. Pretty much all my stories are on Google Drive so I'll put the links to the completed ones below. All of them are stories you can comment directly on.
Emily
Four Horsemen
Phantom 309 (based on the song)
Kidnapped
Ehm, I also crochet blankets and doilies. I can do a one-handed cartwheel and almost do the splits.
Oh! There's also this turtle face I can do where I suck in the sides of my top lip and leave just the point and none of my friends can do it. ^^

Okay, I have one.
I have a pretty extensive knowledge of music, especially metal, and I tend to point out the technical aspects of it and kinda get angry when people mismatch genres. Now that doesn't mean it's like "IT'S NOT METAL IT'S POST-PROGRESSIVE PUNK-INFLUENCED DEATHCORE" I'll just point out a general specific genre instead of "metal"

Kim - That's an excellent idea! I might start doing that on my phone, so that I'm reminded when I need to be getting ready for a run, etcetera.
Tough one. I guess I got a talent for inventing dishes. Especially when grated cheese is involved. For starters try GRATED cheese on toast. And then slap on another toast. Make it a grated cheese toast sandwich. Seriously, try it grated instead of melted. Just be sure to hold it flat when you eat. Next comes grated cheese on chilli con carne which is also on mash potato. Get the cheese on while it's fress and you'll have a nice melted coating with the grated on top. My dad thought that would be gross. Then he tried it. Then I made him make me dinner again. That's back when I used to eat cheese (cheese mites scare me now. ;.. Last dish is buttered mash potato with chopped up onion and garlic with gravy and chicken. Yum.
And... I just made myself hungry. *Slinks off to invent some more dishes*
