I'm a huge fan of old school bands and a huge fan of role playing. Obviously. I love most role plays. although I refuse to rp mature types because well.....you wouldn't want to get in trouble and neither would I. I am too young. So you'll have to wait a few more years before I turn 18 to do that.

I am a fan of bxb but not gxg. so....yea. I only have one character up right now and am working on getting refference pictures for her. I am looking for a role play partner who can do multiple paragraphs but if you can't think of something I'll let it slide.

That's awesome!! Roleplaying is what helped me with my English immensely when I first started out. Although the two are different, an engaging roleplay teaches you valuable skills for creating a story and coming up with new things all the time.
Just a heads up by the way, most players differentiate their characters from themselves. i.e. Most of us don't play as ourselves, our characters are strictly fictional beings. There are some who RP themselves, or a persona/fursona depending on setting, but to avoid confusion it's best you ask your RP partner what they prefer so everyone can enjoy themselves.

I never use a persona. It was only me if I were talking to myself....sometimes I talk to my characters.

Hey, if you're into writing have you ever done anything like NaNoWriMo? Camp NaNoWriMo is coming up soon and I am super looking forward to getting my writing pants back on. Also, it's really awesome your parents are supportive of both you writing and roleplaying. My mom still doesn't get RP and it's been over ten years since I started!

At the very least, exploring here will get you more exposure to a variety of writing styles. And if I remember that you're one of the folks working on improving writing skills to really take it somewhere, beware - I'm one of the folks here who will occasionally point out mistake at random.
I never mean it to be mean, though. Alternatively, you can also invite people to do such, but be aware that some of us can come across as a bit harsh at times when asked for serious input. Again, it's not to be rude; it's more an awareness that writing is really hard to get into professionally. (At least for the vast majority; some folks just kinda luck out.)
Anyway, if you have and questions, feel free to ask! (And thank you for being clear and upfront about your age, as well as knowledgeable about why you should be!)
