"Now you listen, little red. You are MINE. You belong to ME! You better get used to seeing my pretty face more often because you are not leaving my side. I have waited too long for you and now that I have you, I'm not letting you slip through my fingers. Understood?" He growled.
Rose smirked up at the man keeping her caged against the side of a brick building behind her. "Over my dead body," she growled. Quiet voices could be heard outside of the alley way as a group of young teenagers passed by.
(Looking for male, werewolf character for this. Setting is small country town)

Look up there
The gentle autumn's breeze swept across the colorful forest floor raising some stray leaves which floated along, castaway by the lungs of the earth.
Do you see that eagle?
The songs of mother nature, sang by her feathered children.
That's me, call my name, watch him swoop down and land gently on my shoulder
The rays from the sun beamed down on Angel's face as he stood right at the top of a tree, leaning out to feel her soft warm embrace, the only mother he ever knew, the mother that kept him under her arms, nature was his only family.
There will be a bird for you, maybe an eagle, maybe something smaller, like a robin. Whatever and wherever it is, it's you, it will find you. When it does, you'll know
Angel remembered her sweet voice, now it's just a distant memory but it never faded. Now she watches over him, one with nature and living on in his spirit.
Angel's eyes slowly opened up, he took a deep breath, taking in the sweet scent of the forest around him. A smile graced his lips "I'm here, I'm alive, Don't worry Mom" he said, to others that may be crazy, to him, his words are swept along with the wind where her spirit lives.
Angel stepped off the tree, landing gracefully on his feet and without a sound, The leaves around him raised up and circled him. As the leaves slowly fell to the soil, his body shifted and transformed into a beautiful grey wolf. He howled into the sky, his fur streamlined before Angel bolted through the forest. His elemental wolf form made him almost as fast as the wind, hard to spot and harder to keep track of. Leaves raised up off the forest floor as he dodged and weaved through the trees.
He really felt free, it was good, being away from the worries of the world and under the gaze of his mother. All of that seized when he entered the town of Applegate. The small town took care of its own but there were gangs that even the police didn't mess with. Angel heard the girl from 3 blocks away, he stopped on the pavement, tilting his wolven head to the side as he listened, she was in trouble and it sounded like she needed a hero. It's a shame... he wasn't one but he could never resist a damsel in distress.
Angel turned the corner into the ally in his human form, his dark blue eyes spotting a caged girl and a man threatening her "oh shit, erm, am i interrupting something?" He asked sarcastically, a smug smile on his face. His right eye shadowed by his bangs "Tell you what, you leave her alone, i'll buy you a sandwich and you don't get an ass whoopin"

The man straightened up, glaring at the newcomer from over his shoulder. "Mind your own business kid," he snapped, his attention momentarily off of Rose. Slipping underneath his arm, she bolted off silently in the opposite direction of the man and the newcomer. Sliding around the corner, she shifted into her wolf form and leapt behind a nearby dumpster. Crouching low to the ground, her ears flicked forward as she held her breath. Waiting... just waiting for the hunter to come after her. The newcomer smelled of werewolf, but she was unsure whether or not he was trying to mask his hunter scent. Maybe he had come with the other man.
The hunter looked down for his prey that HAD been trapped between his arms. Blood rushed into his face as he realized she had slipped away from him. Growling lowly, he whipped out his crossbow and pointed it at the newcomer. "Well I guess if I cant have her, i'll take your pelt instead," he said lowly, a smug smirk crossing his features. Pulling the trigger on the crossbow, a silver-tipped arrow leapt from its hold, aimed straight for the newcomer's heart.

Angel didn't even flinc. He grabbed the arrow in mid-flight, 2 inches from his chest *tut tut* "I only wanted to say hi man. Helping a damsel in distress was just a plus" Angel snapped the arrow then tossed it, the air started to fill with the nasty smell of hunters "see now, we all could have walked away, no problem, now I have to whoop your ass... Then run" he chuckled.
The hunter started to reload, that's when he signalled for the girl to pounce, they had about 20 seconds for her to do what she wanted to before the rest ccame. when she was done he waved her to follow, running bg in his human form to hid around the corner, keeping the ally in view "damn you really made a mess"

Rose leaped on top of a dumpster, using it to boost her up to a metal ladder attached to the buildings side. Climbing up to the roof, she ran along the edge until she was right over the hunter. Leaping down to land on top of him, she slammed her elbow into his collarbone, hearing the satisfying snap and yell as he crashed to the ground. Before she could leap off, he slammed a silver -bladed knife into her thigh and twisted it around. Rose gritted her teeth, not allowing him the satisfaction of hearing her pain. Crushing the bridge of his nose with a punch, she limped off of him and shook off the pain.
Quickly tying a strip of fabric around the wound to eliminate the threat of a blood trail, she followed after the other wolf. When they found a hiding place, she only gave a snort. "Not like you helped by showing off back there with your whole damsel in distress act," she replied back. Sliding down to sit behind him, she quickly addressed the amount of damage to her leg. Ripping out the knife, she only winced and wrapped up the knife. Pocketing it in her back pocket before she took a shot out of the messenger bag she had hanging on her side. Injecting herself with the clear liquid inside to prevent silver poisoning, she quickly cleaned up around the wound then took out a roll of gauze to wrap up her leg in. She had ointment back at her house, but she would have to get there within the hour. Silver was dangerous. "What are you doing here anyway? I didn't sense any other wolves around when I first got here," she said, glancing up at him before pushing herself up to stand.
Checking around the corner, she left her senses open to watch for Hunters. "Well you can either stay here or follow me. I have a home not far from here. We'll need to take the wooded way to stay out of their field of vision. Plus it gives us an advantage," she said, already shifting into her wolf form before taking off down another alley way. This one opened up into the forest behind the town. Disappearing into the underbrush, she weaved her way throughout the trees smoothly.

"Course i helped!" he crossed his arms "I was the distraction, derrrr" he smiled. Angel watched her tie up her wound but quickly turned his attention to the scent of hunters nearby, his deep green eyes lost their colour and faded to grey "i was... busy" he got into a defensive stance, he nodded as she suggested her home "Good idea, it's not safe here anymore" when she shifted he took a moment to look at her. it was a beautiful colour, mesmerizing even, but he kept his cool.
Angel shifted into his elemental wind wolf form, a quick howl was itching at the back of his neck before he dashed after her, catching up to her with ease, no matter what the occasion, the wind against his face felt like heaven each time, it was that small detail that he lived his life for.
"Where is ya home anyway? I've not heard of a wolf ever living in a house before... then again... i know why "

Rose flicked her ears in his direction, showing she had heard him as her silence stretched out for a bit. "It's further back into the woods. I try to stay out of town, but sometimes I have to venture into human society for supplies. I live in a home because that's how I was raised. I didn't start out as one of you," she said, concentrated more on where she was going than the conversation they were holding. Slowing as they got closer to her home, she checked their surroundings to make sure they were not followed here.
"From here on out we travel underground until we reach my home. It's an extra safety measure," Rose informed, pointing towards a hole big enough for a wolf to travel through, that disappeared into the ground. Sliding her body into the hole, she straightened up to her full height, trotting along the tunnel in complete darkness. It didn't bother her, but she made sure that the man could follow her scent in the direction she was headed. After what seemed like hours, Rose scrambled up out of the hole and into the sunlit clearing surrounding her home.
Wildflowers were growing abundantly in the clearing, the flowers' scent being able to mask her own. Shifting back into her human form, Rose approached her home cautiously until she was sure the coast was clear. Then she pushed the wood door in to her small cabin and motioned for the man to hurry along. Once they were safely inside, she locked the door and almost fell back onto her couch. Reaching underneath, she pulled out a first-aid box and went to work making sure her leg was cleaned and safe from infection. "So what are you doing out here?" she asked, raising an eyebrow in question.

"no one has started out as one of me, sure I'm a wolf but, I'm not like any other" he stopped behind her, sitting back as she looked around to check if the coast was clear.
Angel didn't need to follow her scent, he changed from his elemental wind wolf form(see desc) to his fire wolf form. The flames on his body lit up the tunnels for him to see, her scent was just a plus.
As they stepped out he shook his fur from the dirt then morphed back into a human, he looked around and smiled, the wild flowers covered the clearing in an array of colours, he spotted the tree he was on before he met her. He closed his eyes as the warm kiss of the sun fell upon his skin, energy coursed through his body.
"I can clear my head out here, plus, I'm looking for... Myself" he gave her a goofy smile, it sounded pretty stupid "when I'm ready, a bird will find me" he ran a hand threw his hair to fix his bangs, walked over to the door and watched her twist the key. The lock clicked and the door opened as she pushed.
"how did the hunter catch ya? You must be sloppy at getaways"

Ooc: permission to join? Character would be a hunter that uses blades only when hunting and has a very unique code when it comes to whether or not to kill his prey or befriend them.
Rose raised an eyebrow in question as he mentioned something about a bird. "Are you mentally okay? I'm not following you with the whole bird thing you have going there," she said, shaking her head as she wondered how she had got caught up in all this.
Shrugging as she pushed her kit back underneath her couch, she stood and walked over to her kitchen. Her whole home was one open room, except for the bedroom and bathroom which were in separate closed off areas. The kitchen was lined with shelves, viles, beakers, and jars lined the shelves. Different kinds of liquids, creams and medical supplies filling them. The kitchen table was cluttered with herbs and liquids of all kinds as well as a few medical tools here and there.
Reaching into a high cabinet, she pulled out two glasses and filled them with water. Handing one of them to the man and keeping the other for herself, she glanced over some papers piled on her table. "No, it was no escape attempt. I was waiting for him, he had something I wanted. But i'll just have to find another one," she informed, shrugging it off like it was no big deal. But the way a concentrated frown creased her features said otherwise. "So, who are you anyway?" she asked, crossing her arms as she took a seat at the table.

The door bursts open to reveal a young man who looks like he's just been through a dust storm "Your both dead" is all he says before throwing a multitude of silver knives at both of the wolves.
Earlier that night
Standing high in a tree looking towards the town Dorian smiles when he see's his prey running towards the woodline. Towards him, he draws a couple of knives but stops his assault when he spots the second wolf "interesting... I want aware there was another puppy roaming around." He thinks to himself and starts talking them using the trees as cover not only to hide him from view but to mask whatever scent the wolves might pick up. He spots them go into a tunnel that he never would have found had he not seen them use it. "Luckily I'm small" he says under his breath and climbs into the tunnel. "Tight fit... Hopefully this doesn't branch off." He thinks to himself as he realizes that he won't be able to keep up with them in the tunnel. He calls after them until he is almost ready to curse out loud when he gets to the end of the tunnel and sees the house amid all the flowers. He runs a hand through his hair knocking loose dirt from his hair. "Let's introduce ourselves shall we?" He says to himself pulling out a couple of knives and walking towards the door before making it in.
Present.
"How many doggies does it take to form a dog sled team? No idea? Me either!" He says aloud before laughing and directing the aim of his next few knives at the male wolf before pulling the two short swords on his sword belt out and pointing one sword at each wolf.

"you'll see" he chuckled taking a sip from his glass "mentally okay? I don't think i am, but you must like crazy because you invited me in" a smile tugging at his lips.
Angel quickly turned to the hunter, his eyes turned grey as the knifes flew towards them, he was able to divert some of the daggers away from them with a wave of a hand but two made their target. Angel cried out in pain, put dagger got him in the leg, the other, On the left side of his stomach. He fell to his knees in pain, placing a hand around the blade in his stomach to slow the bleeding "bastard, that was uncalled for" He struggled to move back, it hurt him but he was able to get onto his feet and shield the girl "how many hunters does it take to fit in a cardboard box?" his hand fired up, the irises in his eyes turned orange, he pulled out the knife in his stomach "one, In pieces" he tossed multiple fireballs at him Before finishing his barrage with the knife.

Dorian dives to the right and flips a table with breakers and things over as cover "Amazing that you could do that, pull my knife out. Your either special or the quality of silver has gone to Hell. And a cardboard box? Really" Dorian starts laughing maniacally. "Your my kind of screwy, care to talk without trying to kill each other?" Dorian asks with a firm grip on his swords still.
Dorian drags one of his sword blades over his head to remove the singed hair from his head and rips off the burnt right sleeve of his shirt while asking (ooc: sorry, responding from my phone and sent the last message before I could complete it)
Rose couldn't help the small hint of smile that tugged at the corner of her lips when he assumed she liked crazy. "Well, lets just stick with you intrigue me," she replied, setting her glass down as she stood up and stuffed one of the pieces of papers in the back pocket of her jean shorts.
As her door burst open, slamming up against the inside wall of her home, she instantly shifted into her wolf form. Moving into a defensive position as the hunter began his attack. Analyzing the situation, she took in the fact that the other wolf was hurt and flicked her ears back in annoyance that the hunter had been persistent enough to get past her cautionary tactics. Shifting back into human form, she put her hand on the man's shoulder. "Sit." It was more of an order than a request as she gently pushed him to sit in the chair she moved up behind him. Grabbing a nearby towel, she pressed it to his stomach then put his hand over it. "Hold it there tightly. Don't move or you'll be in more trouble than you already are," she directed, looking in his eyes to show she was dead serious.
Then she stood and re-directed her attention to the flipped over table. Agitation pricked at her as she looked at all of her broken beakers and spilled liquids on the floor. Growling lowly, she walked purposefully over to the table and slammed her foot directly into the middle of it. Splitting it in half, she quickly shifted into her wolf form and leapt through the table right at the moment it split apart. Grabbing the hunters black shirt, she whipped her head around to throw him against the wall before shifting into her human form again. Taking in a calming breath, she raised her fists to her protect her face and took a step back, taking a defensive stance. "Now, I am specially trained in hand to hand combat, if you would like to proceed, please do. But I am not letting you off easy. However, if you would like to pick up the mess you made and apologize for ruining my weeks worth of work then I will consider whether or not to let you go. But you know, I haven't had hunter in a long time. I've been stuck eating human food for a while now," she said, making a bit of a joke. She had never been one to kill and eat humans, even hunters.

Dorian slams into the wall and isn't able to get his feet under him before he hits the ground. Dumbfounded he listens to the female werewolf and her offer. He smiles before sharing his swords as he stands. "I have swords in my hands and you boast about hand to hand combat skills and want an apology?" He asks before laughing "You have any idea how crazy that sounds? If I didn't know any better I'd say that you were trying to get me to fall for you" he laughs again before taking on a serious tone " And if it wasn't my job to kill you I might actually be flattered." Dorian stands with his fists clenched at his side's but the rest of him isn't tensed, his muscles are loose and his mischievous eyes are locked into the werewolf in front of him "You on the couch, be a good puppy and don't move. There is no honor in an unfair fight. As for you Madame, let's see these hand to hand skills of yours..." He stands perfectly still, feet planted with his back against the wall unblinkingly starting at his opponent.
Sweat rolled off of Angel's chin as he pressed the towel on his wound. He grabbed the other knife in his left leg and pulls it out in one swift movement. Angel chuckled at Dorian's reply to her dominating his ass "your right, you don't know any better, she just up and dominated yo ass and you're turned on? Dude you're messed up" a pained smile shaping his lips he sat back, the silver poison running through his veins, being the only wolf left in his clan, no one knew that silver was especially bad for him, it only takes a few minutes for him to fall into a coma, then a few more for him to die. They needed to hurry up.
Angel's eyes began to get heavy, his body began to shut down. He kept himself up as much he could. Sparks flickered around his free hand but they stopped a few seconds after, there was nothing he could do "you play dirty, bloody hunter bastards..." He was too weak to keep his fire going.

Dorian smiles at the comment made by the wolf on the couch "Of course I am, not every day I run into someone that can toss me around like a rag doll and as for the bastard bit how'd you know?" Dorian says with a smile on his face his eyes never leaving the she wolf in front of him, still in his same stance that leaves him wide open yet ready to move the second he sees one of them move a muscle. "Funny thing is I'm a hunter yet I love dogs. Ironic innit?"
Rose blinks, unfazed by his swords as he points them out specifically to her. "Well if I thought I wasn't able to handle your swordplay then I would have just brought my shotgun to a knife fight," she retorted, keeping her senses completely open in order to be able to feel even the slightest disturbance in the air. She noticed the way the other wolf seemed to be losing his grip from the corner of her eye and decided to skip playing with the hunter.
"Keep your eyes open, this will be over shortly," she encouraged the wolf, but kept her eyes on the hunter. Letting out a slow breath, she shifted her weight to her right foot and let her hands drop to her sides. Straightening up, she grinned for the first time and brushed off her arm as if it had dust on it. The wolf tattoo that she had twisting down her arm suddenly peeled away from her and a live wolf stood in front of her. In the blink of an eye it leapt at the hunter, jaws wide open as a snarl left it. Rose charged forward right behind it and punched through the wolf's body, going straight for the hunter's heart. There were titanium arm bands running all up her forearm and ending at her elbow so she would be able to block his blades with ease. The trick was to keep him from going for body shots.

Dorian slaps the side of her arm with his swords and turns sideways barely dodging the blow that would have killed him but still gets knocked back by the sheer force behind the punch and loses grip on his swords as his arms are rattled top the bone from hitting the titanium arm bands. He rolls backwards across the floor and comes up on his feet in a bit of a daze. His mischievous eyes a little blurry he spreads his arms far out to the sides to show new no longer is a threat and accepts defeat. "Okay so I want expecting that" he says with goofy grin on his face. "Your mate is dying..." He slowly pulls out a vial of green liquid and throws it to the wolf on the couch. "That'll save your life of you drink it now. Like I said before. Care to talk without trying to kill each other?" He resets his focus on the she wolf with a mischievous grin and his eyes regaining focus.
