"A man's not dead while his name is still spoken."
TERRY PRATCHETT, 1948-2015
I have just found out that Terry Pratchett, one of the funniest and most prolific fantasy writers of all times, has passed away
In December 2007, pTerry announced that he was suffering from Alzheimer's, and had a rare form of the disease called posterior cortical atrophy. He was very upbeat about this, and made several documentaries on the disease and assisted death, such as Choosing to Die.
Terry was one of my favourite authors. He was a fantastical writer with the ability to brighten up anybody's days.
Terry passed away in his home, with his cat sleeping on his bed.
Rest in Peace, dear sir.
Noli Timere Messorem indeed.
