How will our characters get together to start the main journey? Possibly after the inn? I mean, Sasheth's character is one of the tavern waitresses, so how would she get involved?

Hmmm.... Well, If I'm right, Valder is wanting to regain his honor and have some people to vouch for it back where he's from. So I figure he'd go on the adventure for the same reasons he decided to originally. But this time decided to try and drag Isabelle and Elodar along with him since they know him better?

If we're not gonna be detailing it so much, I imagine we can suppose either something happened at the inn to cost the waitress her job or she decided she was better than that place and curious about the adventure or something.

And Elodar... Eh, he's still undeveloped enough that "someone talked him into it" should suffice. Would also leave me room to work out his reasons/intentions. (This is what happens when you create a character in middle school and then don't actually do anything with him for the next 15 years....)

And our move is almost done! Just some random stuff and cleaning. And sufficient unpacking to live. And then I should be around more again!

I kinda like the idea of Yester loosing her job because of messing something up, but frankly speaking I feel like it wouldn't make much sense as long as she's staying at Elieses tavern, since the woman's like a second mother to her. However if we say that she's working at another tavern at the moment it could work. ^^ Maybe her mother's employer caught track of her and she fled?
My original tough was however that Yester just wanted to get in on the adventure out of curiosity and promise of rich payment.

Yeah, Valder's motives would probably be the same. I suppose he could have dragged Isabelle and/or Elodar into the mix, too, or maybe they dragged themselves.

The one about her mother's employer finding out about her could work, as long as she didn't tell Marchesa or Baen. x) They probably wouldn't want somebody that was being actively searched for in their little quest. Maybe that could become a plot point later on?

Yeah, Valder would be in it for the same reasons. It's his ulterior motive besides epic loot, of course. I find it's a pretty good excuse to go on adventures.

So where will they meet? In the road outside the village, with everything packed and saddled horses? Or outside the inn?

Hmm..... I'd say they should meet up on the road outside the village, so everyone would have time to pack their things and such

Yeah. We wouldn't even need to restart if we were to continue on the road. We could just assume people weren't interested in the quest and others changed their minds.

I like that idea. I'd say for us to start a new thread, though, as to get rid of that warning about the age of the thread that's making me go bananas clean things up

Also, I've been overhauled a few of my characters' profiles a while. Baen's (probably changing his name to a simpler Ben) profile is basically barren for the time being, but he hasn't changed much Marchesa also might get a name change, but since they have so many aliases it doesn't matter to the roleplay anyway.
