"So, I can probably tell you did not seek me out for no reason," Shineblade said.

"No we did not," Henry said. "We're trying to track down someone, but we also want to retrieve the town's belongings which we... left down in the Manticorat hole after we defeated them. We were wondering if you could go down there."

"Well, I don't suppose why not, although I wish you would have asked me before you beat them so I had someone to fight," Shineblade announced.

Max shook his head "Chances are, there's plenty of folk in the hole left for you to fight. So I don't think there's any need to be disappointed at fighting so I'm sure it'll be no problem." Max let him finish his drink and once he did, the four headed towards the Manticorat hole.

"Well, this is it. Down there should be the supplies of food and resources. If you happen to find anyone down there as well...Try and get them back up here if you can." he smiled.

"It shouldn't be too hard," Shineblade said. "Albeit, I don't know entirely what I'm in for, but I've faced some pretty rough situations myself. Well, wish me luck." With that, Shineblade made his decent down the hole.

"Okay, so I guess we continue our search now," Henry said.

Max and Kyle nod in agreement as they began to proceed. But before they did, Max saw the people still in confusion and began to speak "Attention, everyone! We have someone down there getting your supplies back so you shouldn't have to worry too much about the fate of your equipment." with that, they began the search.

"You shouldn't have to worry too much about Shineblade," Henry stated. "He's actually one of the most capable creatures I know."

Max rubbed his muzzle "As long as you're sure he can take down whatever gets in his way, then I'll believe you. Its quite a one man job though to tell you the truth. Who knows what lurks down there still?" he said as they proceeded.

"In any case, we still might need a few leads on where to find the bat dude," Henry said. "Maybe we should start at our original home where me and Rachael fought all those henchmen. ...Though that's quite a ways from here."

Kyle nods "Good idea. We might even end up finding those damned thugs...And then interrogate them for information that can lead us to Guillaume"

Max nodded "If we can them, that'd make things all the more better. I'd love to fully teach them a damned lesson..."

It took them a long trek to get to the city they lived in, but eventually they came across a BIG, more modern looking city that looked like it could house all sorts of crooks. The team started in the alley where Rachael and Henry got attacked.

"Now... It's probably all dried up by now, but there should still be some blood samples we can scrape off of something," Henry said. "We... just need to find a scientist."

OOC: My god, I'm sorry for the long delay! I've been suffering a nasty virus on my laptop.

As they returned to the city and the alleyways, Kyle sniffed and looked around "There should be some kind of lingering smell or something...There's always a indication of some kind of suspicious activity...Maybe even a syringe is lying around. Keep your eyes open"

Max nods "Right...I guess its our best shot." he said as he began to look about at the floor and the walls and any places.

Henry had parked his wagon nearby and started to carry his armor over his shoulder. As he searched with the rest of the group, he found something lying on the ground.

"Look... it's a dagger," Henry noted. "...It's surprisingly clean. Wait! I know this dagger!" Henry removed the suit in his carrying tote and started to look around. Eventually, he found a small pierced section in the suit. "There's tiny bits of fabric lining the dagger. There might even be fingerprints on the handle."

Max nods in acknowledgement "That's good. We just need to find a way to analyze the fingerprints and see who's responsible for this risky dagger."

Kyle looked at it closely and rubbed his muzzle curiously at the dagger "I hope this gets us closer."

"Don't touch the handle," Henry suggested. "Try to grab it by the hilt. Now... I'm sure a spy organization could help us with these prints, but... I don't know any. I've worked with police officers, athletes, circus performers, wizards, even dinosaurs. ...But no spies."

Kyle hopped on over to the dagger and picked it up by the hilt and inspected it and sniffed it "...This dagger smells of blood. Someone used this recently...But yet I don't know who." he said as he hopped back up to Max's shoulder

Max gave a serious and cautious look "We better be careful....Worst case scenario is that the murderer could be nearby." he said as now had his arms ready to act quick if they're ambushed and his senses increased.

OOC: Do you have any ideas? If not, I could try my hand.

OOC: First off...SUPER SORRY I've been away for so long! I've had a virus on my computer that corrupted a driver that stopped me from using the internet. Also, you can try your hand ^^

OOC: What if there IS an ambush. I have an idea for using one of my other Elemental Force characters turned into a badguy.

OOC: Maybe yeah. Perhaps Guillaume brainwashed him with his experiments and its possible to knock sense into them but they'd need to be beaten.

OOC: Actually, I kind of already had an idea. There's two characters who argue a lot: a large rat scientist who uses poison to fight with and a lizard who uses natural abilities, and is very skilled with it. No one likes the rat very much, but at the same time the rat is one of the most dedicated heroes in the force. He's cranky, whiny and hates being bullied, but has never thought twice about going to the dark side, as his desire to be the goodguy and hatred towards being treated like a villain overpowers any evil intention. One day, the force decided to promote the rat to head of his element house. This, however, angered the previous head, the lizard, who was also more likely to actually take revenge out on the group. Through a sick and twisted series of events, the lizard conspired to have the rat killed, and succeeded. The last words the rat ever heard before his death, right after he asked where he was, he was answered with "You're in hell!" Ever since then, the lizard has been an enemy of the force. ...But Henry had been away from the force before this happened, so he doesn't know.

OOC: Yeah, I think I can see this working! Let's give that a shot!
