Gabriel looked ecstatic that there were more pink shells to be had, and after she saw his new prize, he'd put it in his bag, before wandering off in the direction she'd picked to look for more. He's still listening to her though, and when she mentions her children he smiles, "Wow! Three. That's really amazing. Are you guys going to have more?" He'd tilt his head again, "I always thought it would be really great to have a whole house full of kids."

She's showing off her magical ability, and Gabriel moves closer to her when she's done, a faint frown on his face, "Are you alright? You don't look so great..." He'd trail off and when she sat on the ground, Gabe'd move closer to her, "If magic takes that much out of you, perhaps you shouldn't...use it so carelessly..." He'd kneel down next to her, "You should probably eat...you...you could say that I was born with magic in my blood too." He just looked sad though, "Eating and resting always helps me after I've over used."

He's going to stay kneeling near to, mostly to make sure she's not going to pass out on him. "I can help you get back to your house if you'd like." He didn't think sitting around in a damp cave was the best for her right now. He could always come back and find shells in the cave later. Hopefully she would notice that he really was just concerned about her safety. She had been kind to him, and he wanted to repay the favor.

Experience rocked slightly, her mind speaking in different tongues. It was difficult for her to understand anything that was taking place inside her head. Despite having this state of mind multiple times previously, she was still rather frightened. After just a few long seconds, she managed to regain control of her thoughts once again, before she eventually answered Gabriel.

"We do have a house filled with offspring... totals of seven with two more expected soon." She smiled softly, her teeth showing with a gentle gleam. "They bring such joy to myself and my housemates."

After Gabriel commented on her magical ability and taking her home, it took her a moment to understand what he was saying. However, when she finally made sense of his words, her smile curled into a scowl, before a growl escaped her lips. Her wings extended widely, spreading out to show each of her many feathers. They appeared as razors in this dull blue light, her tail fluffing like an angry feline. "You name me careless?! Weak?! I'm stronger than you would imagine! You do not know me... you do not understand!" She roared - a dragon's roar - loud, proud, vicious... but young. "I shall eat when I wish to eat, I shall drink when I wish to drink... I shall use whatever magic I wish, however much I wish to use, at any time I permit!"

When the answer came about taking her to her door, she seemed to angry more. "No! You shall not trespass our grounds!" Her eyes softened and her wings lowered, now much calmer than before. She looked towards the ground, too afraid to look Gabriel in the eye, ashamed of her angry outburst. It wasn't me... It wasn't me at all... She told herself. She finally finished her sentence.

"He would kill you if you escorted me home..."

Gabriel probably would have spoken more on children, had Experience not suddenly seemed to turn into an entirely different person. Gabriel scrambles to get away from her as she starts screaming at him, only he trips over his own feet and falls backwards into the water. At that point he does the only thing he can think to do to protect himself, and he's putting up a light blue tinted force shield between herself and him. It surrounds him almost like a bubble, and it's impenetrable for a short time. It won't hurt her to attack it, and if she continues to do so, it will eventually crack.

He's just sitting there, trembling in the aftermath of her rage. He's got no idea where it came from, or why it had been directed at him. He had only been trying to help. He's too afraid to even move after that, and he doesn't bother asking her who would kill him. "I should go home." He says it slowly, almost afraid she's going to flip out again and rage at him for that as well. He's going to wait and see what her next move is before he even thinks about lowering that shield.

Experience looked up at the man bobbing in the bubble of the water. She found it somewhat amusing as she imagined her own children in such a state as that. However, she had most likely terrified this stranger with her sudden outburst. She sighed, before walking into the water.

Her dress was soaked up to her waist as she walked behind Gabriel's bubble. Her expensive clothing flared in the water, spreading out around her. She kept her mind calm and her steps slow - not only due to the water, but also not to scare him. Experience pushed the bubble to the shore, if it would not burst. If it did, she would carry Gabriel softly. She left him on the side of the water and sat 10 paces away, her arms hugging her knees. Now she was cold. She shivered softly, her wings folding around her to keep her warm; it didn't do much good.

"My apologies..." She croaked, her noble stature vanished. She felt like a child again; alone and afraid of herself. "I didn't mean to frighten you... If you want, the exit of the cave is down through south, towards East, up and south and then west. If you are lost, I'll... come if you call... if you'd like..? I don't know.." She was so unsure about herself, shivering softly but trying not to show it.

Blasted water. She groaned mentally, Too pure to swim in such climate. Too cold. I'm such a fool... She continued to curse within her mind.

Gabriel is pretty scared just about now, and so she's probably going to be able to push the bubble shield back up to the shore. He's too scared to let the shield drop for now, so he'll just keep it up while she gives him directions. "Uhm..." He knew he was probably going to regret this, but at least he had the shield to protect him if she blew up again.

"Forgive me for asking, but...are you unwell?" Hopefully she wasn't about to rip his head off for asking, the shield would only last so long. "If I try and leave here myself, I'd probably get lost." He's looking around then, hoping to find his bag of shells that he'd dropped when she'd frightened him so. The shield is still up, he's not about to let it go down until he's sure that she's not going to get angry again.

Experience was warming herself up as Gabriel spoke, using the extra magic from the enchanted cave. It wouldn't dry her fur, but it would at least stop her from getting fatally ill from the cold. She hated the cold and it wasn't often she could feel it. I bet he's warm and snug in that bubble of his, her mind whispered. You could make a bubble. You could. What you have to do is... And there her mind spoke in vicious snarls, crackling inside her desperate mind. She visualized her emotions; this voice dominating all others, standing in front of all the other voices and feelings as they listened intently. In the corner was a small shadow; a child. The real me. She reminded herself.

Due to this thought process, it was a while before she returned the reply to Gabriel, still not forcing herself to look at him. "I am perfectly, physically healthy. I exercise, I practice magic..." She droned off. If she continued, she would place herself at his mercy. But you have to have a strong mind to practice Magic. The voice in her head jeered and snarled. Experience closed her eyes, imagining herself pushing this crooked voice off a tall spire.

"I just haven't been able to do so in a while. I stumbled before because I was hungry, I have not eaten. I'm very well practiced and I am physically healthy." She wasn't lying, she was physically healthy. She had no broken bones or torn muscles or weak nerves or broken heart. But it's breaking, it's breaking. Her mind sang. She ignored it.

Gabriel stayed in his bubble just waiting for her to speak. She didn't seem to be wanting to lash out at him, so he let the bubble drop. He'd be sitting on the ground then, waiting for her to speak. He'd simply nod at her assurance that she was physically healthy, and he didn't know her well enough to press on it.

"Well, if you are hungry, you should eat!" It seemed simple as that to him, "I'd offer to cook for you but I don't think that'd go very well." Considering she had said someone would kill him if he escorted her home. "I have a restaurant. Maybe you could visit it sometime." At least he actually did know how to cook. "Anyway, if you could help me out of here, I can head home and you can get home and get something to eat." He'd look around again for the shell bag, and once he found it he'd hold it close to his chest. He wasn't getting too close to her, but at least the bubble was down.

He'd give her a tiny smile, hopefully there were no hard feelings, he hadn't meant to make her angry, or hurt her feelings, whatever had been the reason for her to grow so angry with him.

Breaking breaking breaking! Her mind chanted on. She had to strain to hear Gabriel's words over the din of her mental voices. Her stomach rumbled softly at the thought of food and she could visualize a grand restaurant with steaming fish, meats and vegetables. If she hadn't regained control of herself at that moment, she would have drooled.

"I..." She didn't know if she should accept or decline the offer. "I would love to, but maybe not today." She smiled again; like the first time she smiled - a genuine smile. "Maybe when tomorrow arrives?"

Experience laughed softly at herself. "I am speaking of food, yet we aren't out of this cave. Come, if you wish, and we shall leave. It may be darkening outside." She rose to her feet.

Gabriel could tell something was wrong with her more than hunger, but seeing as he barely knew her, he wasn't about to press. He'd nod about her not heading to the restaurant today, "It's not officially opened yet. I've still got to do a few final adjustments, but you can come by any time you like. The kitchen is fully ready to go at least, and I'll whip up something really good." He figured her for a meat eater, and he had a few recipes in mind that she would probably like.

He'd nod, "Yes, let's...if I get home too late after dark my...um...partner will be upset." Given that her clothing seemed to suggest a more medieval time period, he wasn't too sure that she'd take well to him being married to another man. "My restaurant is right off the beach, you can't miss it. It's called Canary's Roost." He'd emit a few hearts, "You know, for when you decide to stop by."

He didn't seem to be too upset by her outburst anymore, as long as she continued to be friendly he wouldn't have any problem with her. Hopefully they could get out of the cave without further incident.

Experience nodded briefly at Gabriel, rising to her feet and dusting herself off. She looked poorly at her dress; she would have to change as soon as she returned home, before getting food. Flicking her hair back behind her face, she looked towards the exit, then back at Gabriel. A thought crossing her mind, she smiled to herself.

"I would love to visit when it does open. I may bring my children, too?" She purred softly. "And your partner... what is their name? Are they noble? Slave? Working class? I would like to learn more about them. Forgive me if I invade, but," She smiled wider. "You did ask prying question to me before." With a wink, she shuffled her wings, her idea growing softly.

I wonder if I can carry him...

Gabriel looked at her dress a moment, "I...I could fix that for you if you'd like." He'd gesture at her dress. So her husband didn't freak out, since it was looking pretty ragged between all the water and sitting on the ground. At mention of children, he would beam and emit a few hearts, "Of course! I love kids! It's definitely going to be a family restaurant."

She's asking questions, and he can't fault her since he'd asked her a zillion of his own. "Er..." He wasn't sure what to say to that, and he'd pause, debating on throwing up the shield again. It wasn't like he was ashamed of Asa, but he was never sure how people were going to react. If she was going to come to his restaurant though, she might as well know now, rather than later. "His name is Asa. I guess you'd probably consider him working class." He'd nod, "I suppose I did." He would answer whatever questions she asked of him, he really didn't have much to hide after that.

As for carrying him, he couldn't know her thoughts, but he was very slight in stature. His clothing seemed to swallow him up, and he was only 5 feet 4. She could probably lift him with ease, he didn't weigh all that much.

Experience shook her head at the offer to repair her dress. She felt dizzy again; suffocating under the poisonous voices in her mind. He's trouble, trouble! They hissed, even more so as she tried to push them away. She tried very hard to keep up the conversation with Gabriel, worrying about how she acted in his own eyes.

"No. The dress shall fix itself eventually." She waited until he explained about the restaurant, before she smiled softly. "Then you may expect my custom."

As for his partner, she was not at all surprised. "You seem so reluctant to speak of this Asa. He sounds very wonderful. Aside from my husband, I share my home with many... mistresses." She growled. It was not something she was proud to admit. She loved her husband more. She knew him the longest! But as he was a dragon, he liked to hoard. Slaves and stray nobles were no different. However, Experience did feel a great fondness for the others inside her home - at least some of them, anyway.

After assessing Gabriel, she smiled. "Have you ever flown before?"

Gabriel would be sad if he knew she thought he was trouble. He really was just trying to make a new friend. She mentions her dress will fix itself, and he'd laugh quietly, "My Dad would go nuts for fabric like that. He's got this big...well...one of his boyfriends" The way he said the word might give Experience an idea of what she thought of the guy, "Owns this big clothing company. My Dad does designs for him."

She's onto a better topic though, and he's beaming, "Great! I'll look forward to it!" He'd emit a few hearts, and there seemed to be a bounce in his step now. He'd bit his lip, "Oh no...it's just that...well..." He's not sure how to explain it, "In some places, it's unacceptable for two men to love each other and be together. I just wasn't sure if this was one of those places. Asa's great. He's a wonderful artist. I used some of his work in my restaurant, so you'll be able to see!" He seemed excited about that too, he loved bragging about his hubby. "Maybe he'll even be there when you come by and you can meet him!" Another flurry of hearts would flutter around his head for a moment, before drifting to the ground and popping.

She mentions she had an open relationship with her husband, "Really?" He seemed a little surprised, "You guys all get along?" He'd tilt his head, a habit he had that she probably had noticed by now. "My..." He wilted, "Grandpa had lots of mistresses, but...they were all always at each others throats." He seems to be genuinely very sad, and it's only her question that snaps him out of it. "Um...as a bird. It's really fun." He didn't seem to realize that probably didn't make any sense to her at all!

Experience was shaking her wings, getting them ready for a flight out. She had another headache and did not approve of the pain striking through her temple. It made her a little nauseous, but flying should calm it.

"This fabric one of the mistresses bought, dyed, designed and created for me. She makes all of my garments; her talent is endless." She smiled at the thought of her wardrobe. Despite not being such a huge fan on various clothing, her unique clothing gives her something to chat about. "She has made many, for myself and my offspring."

She looked at Gabriel and thought for a moment. "I may like to visit your father some day. I shall introduce him to Kream; maybe they could create a grand design together, don't you agree?"

Experience listened to the concern Gabriel had about other places and their nonacceptance to same sex partnerships. Her eyes beamed, however, when he mentioned about art. "I'm an artist too!" It was probably the first time her happiness had really shone through. "Drawing and painting and playing music.. Ooh, I love all arts!" She stopped her bouncing around and coughed, remembering her noble status. "Ahem... I apologize that you have encountered difficulty with your partnership. We are well known throughout different places of our relationship complications and no one questions." She had to hide a laugh. "No one even dares. But I'd love to visit your Asa and appreciate his artwork."

When he addressed her relationship, her mind buzzed with a flurry of activity. Like being in a crowded room with everyone screaming, it did not help with her throbbing headache. She placed a hand delicately to her head. "Ugh.. We sometimes get along. Some of us, anyway. Calais and Nyanmer are more of an item together, Kream and I getting on really well too. Reed is the one that we don't really connect with." Experience had to swallow the lump in her throat. "She has a daughter with Tabion already. I didn't know about it until Tabion and I became an item." She shook her head. "I am going on too much about my crazy relationship!"

She removed her hand from her temple and observed Gabriel again. "As a bird? Are you a shapeshifter?" At that, Experience changed form. She was a feral cat - a Lynx - still baring her most prominent features; curled horns around her blue ears, short hair covering her feral face, dragon talons on her rear limbs yet feline paws at the front, large, bushy ringed tail and two wings upon her back. Her dress seemed to have melted away into her fur. She sat down on the floor, her tail swishing over her front paws and she looked up at Gabriel. The tufts on the top of her ears moved gently in the breeze.

Gabe grinned, "Wow, I wish I had that kind of talent." He was just gifted with cooking, and even then he was always second guessing himself. As for visiting his father, Gabe'd bite his lip, "Oh sure. He'd really love that. He's got a place, I'll bring you by sometime. No guarantee he'll be there though." He thought about mentioning what a flirt his father was, but then decided against it. Luci could take care of himself.

When Experience grows excited about art, Gabriel gets excited too. "Really?" He's grinning, "Asa likes to draw and paint. He's really really good." He didn't mind her getting excited, it was cute! "That's really amazing. Sometimes people just accept it, and sometimes...well...they don't." He'd shrug, "I've gotten used to it. And I'm sure Asa would love to meet a fellow artist, there aren't many around where we live. He has one friend he likes to paint with, but I'm sure he'd love to have more."

She's got a hand on her head, and Gabriel frowns, "Are you alright?" She mentions her relationship, "That's cool. Ha, I bet my grandpa would have given just about anything to have even one of his wives get along with another. They always fought. It was actually really annoying." She seems upset about the other daughter, so he doesn't press. "It's okay, you can say whatever you want. I'm not going to judge." He really was in no place to do so.

As for being a shapeshifter, "I guess you could say so. I can...turn into animals if I want, but I just prefer birds. It sort of runs in the family." She's changing her shape, and Gabriel's emitting hearts, "Aww! You're so cute! May I pet you?" She just looked so fluffy, he wanted to try. "If I turn into a bird, you're not going to try and eat me are you?" He's half kidding and half serious.

Experience was looking aroud the cave, judging how far she could fly with her wings outstretched in her feral form. She knew that she could make it out and back onto the beach, but with caves like this, things always seem to change. It really was her favourite place to be; she was calmed easier here. At least she wasn't contained under her husband's strict rule. If he found out that she was casually talking to another male, the both of them would be in trouble. Experience had finally found someone she could talk to without much hesitation; she didn't want to loose Gabriel as a friend. Maybe if she explained to Tabion how much she needed a friend, he wouldn't be so harsh. Maybe...

Experience trilled - a purr and a tune combination. She knew that Kream would love to visit someone who has the same passion for clothing, and Experience wanted to know more people outside of her family home. She felt free at last, like a bird leaving the confines of it's cage. Her tail swished softly.

"I think that it would be truly wonderful to see your father, yet you seem so agitated by this. Is something wrong?" She paused, before adding, "You do not need to inform me if you do not wish to. We don't have to go to your father's home."

At the mention of art, Experience became excited and happy again, but not so much as previously. "I would love to meet Asa and paint alongside him. Maybe... I could help with the art in your restaurant? Of course, with both yours and Asa's permission." She found it odd that she was asking this; she never leaves her family unless it was for a walk or a fly. She wondered what they would all think of this. I wonder if they're worried I've been gone for so long...

Experience pawed the ground at the question of her headache. "I'm well. I just have... so much going through my mind at the moment." Her voices cooed at her maliciously. "It's not often I take in so much whilst talking to others!" She tried to make the best of the situation, turing it to a more positive comment.

She mentions nothing more of her relationship; she had said enough. If you say too much, her mind taunted, You'll be outcasted from everyone. He might hurt them; you still don't know him yet. Stop being stupid. "Stop being stupid" She muttered under her breath.

After her shape shifting, she spoke as she did in her anthro form. Her mouth moved, yet sometimes her words muffled more than usual.

"I won't eat you if you turned into a bird. I... do not hunt anymore. At least, not as much. And as I know you, you're safe." She winked, her whiskers twitching slightly. "And if you wish to pet me, feel free to do so. Just.. please stay clear of the horns and rear legs." She shook them, the sharp dragon talons grazing the stone. "I don't want to hurt you unintentionally."

Hopefully he wouldn't be angry with Gabriel, Gabe really was only interested in making a friend, and Experience wasn't his type at all! He was glad to see that she seemed a little happier now that she'd shifted forms, and he'd emit a few hearts when she purred. She questions his agitation about his father, and he bites his lip, "Oh no, it's just...um..." His brow furrowed, and he wasn't sure how to explain it. "He hasn't been happy with me lately." He'd finally decide on, and he rubbed the back of his neck, a nervous habit. "But I am sure he would love to meet your friend Kream and talk about fashion. There isn't really anybody back home that's as into it as he is." He didn't even bother explaining that it was less of a home and more of a temple. She could see that for herself when she got there.

She's so excited about art, it makes Gabriel smile, "I'm sure Asa will be excited about it too. He enjoys it when someone shares his same passion. He tries talking to me sometimes, but...art just isn't my thing." She mentions wanting to help, and Gabe beams again, "Sure! Of course it would be alright. I wouldn't be able to pay you much though." He's not exactly super rich. He'd simply nod at her explanation about her headache, and he didn't pry more. He couldn't tell what she was thinking, thankfully. If he did he'd be sad, he really and truly meant her no harm. He didn't catch what she said, "What was that?"

Gabriel is given the okay to pet her, and he's emitting more hearts before moving a little closer to gently stroke down her back. He's careful to avoid the areas that she'd warned about, and he seems happy enough, "Asa has a cat, he never lets me pet him though. The dog doesn't like me much either. We have a bunny too." But it also did not like him.

Once he's had his fill of petting her, he'll back away and he'd gracefully shift forms into a little yellow canary. There was a bit of an art to it, he made it look nice. Once he was fully shifted, he'd ruffle his feathers, "What do you think?" He'd just open his beak and his natural voice would come out, hopefully that didn't weird her out too much.
