I'm visiting my Mom in FL, and one of my friends down here is having her b-day on Thankgiving. What about you guys? Any plans for the 25th?
None, because I'm Canadian and we've already done our thanking time. Have fun all you southern brothers and sister! (+ the small part north)
I'm eating at my mom's house; then my dad's house; THEN MY BOYFRIENDS HOUSE.
Then promptly EXPLODING.

According to my parents, three parties in a row. All at our house. @_@
But I don't care, because my brother's flying in all the way from San Diego! I haven't seen him in a year.

I'll be making the turkey for the first time ever! I'm really hoping I don't demolish the bird lol. It's a small 10 pounder that I'm going to soak in a citrus brine tonight then roast in the morning with a light herb rub. My mom finally passed he super secret homemade stuffing recipe to me too, so I'm going to give that a shot too!
Happy turkey day, all. I'm looking forward to a small celebration with my family.
Happy Thanksgiving indeed! I'll be having two..one with the fam, and then one Friday with friends, in which I get to cook a turkey for the first time evar. *crosses fingers*
I hope you all enjoy today. Remember what you're thankful for!~
I'm an alien from another country, oh no!, and all I know about Thanksgiving is what I learned from A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. Still, I wish you all a good Turkey Day.
Albeit late, but then again I just got back from the holiday weekend. Had a small get together with family on thanksgiving then went out, well no I was literally pulled from my bed at 12am on Black Friday to go Birthday shopping and Christmas shopping as well until 6am. spent my Birthday recovering from said day and a half then gorged on cheesecake and ice cream after a taco diner. I don't think the holiday could have gone any better. Side note, was kind of disappointed with the Macy's Day parade, seems like year after year it strays from the fuzzy memories I had of it when I was a child; more emphasis on celebrities than the parade itself
