It was a normal sunny day when a young woman dressed in a white sun dress came running into Metropolitan state hospital. It was a local asylum, newly reopened and with some of the best doctors there. The young woman looked around until she spotted the front desk and ran towards it while talking to herself. The blonde nurse behind the desk looked up with a smile until she saw her. Her face got a bit more serious as she asked if she could help her. "Hi, my name is Lila Somers. Please you need to help me." The girl said quiet but aggitated. "It's okay honey. How about you take a seat in the waiting room and I'll get a doctor." But Lila shook her head. "NO! You need to put me away. RIGHT NOW." calm but subtle, she pressed the help button on her desk. "Okay, just stay calm." She said with a warm smile. "NO, I can't. Not after I killed all these people. But the cops wont believe me." She grabbed the nurse and begged her. "Please, Help me before I kill again. PLEASE." The nurse backed up. "I'm going to have to ask you to let go of me and calm down." But Lila was somewhere else with her head as she looked around at the ceiling and grabbed her head. "I can't get these images out of my head. Bloody images of the people I've killed. She won't let me go. She is going to make me kill again." Lila was talking to herself now and she took a seat against the wall on the floor while slowly rocked herself. Her hands were still on her ears and she had closed her eyes.
3 guys in white coats stormed the hall way. The nurse quietly wispered to them and they didn't do anything yet. "Wait here, I'll try to calm her down." She said and walked towards Lila. "Okay, miss. How about you come with the nice men and they can escort you to the doctors office. He can see you now." Lila looked up and grabbed the lady again. "Are you deaf? You need to put me away. I WILL KILL AGAIN AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT" She jumped up, still grabbing the girls arm. "HELP ME!" She pulled her hair and yelled until she felt a tiny pinch in her neck. Then everything went black and the next time she woke up, she was sitting on a chair with straps around her arms. A doctor was sitting across from her but everything was still a bit woozy.

Dean, her doctor, sat across her. He waited for her to fully awaken, get her bearings if she needed. He tilted his head then smiled "hi, I'm doctor King, I'm new here, just like you, what's your name and how can I help you with this problem you have?"
Lila woke up, still a bit groggy from the sedative. When she opened her eyes, she had to focus really hard because the room was still spining and the figure in front of her was hazy at first. While trying to focus on her sight, her memory started to come back and she remember how she got in the pickle she was in now. Her eyes went over the room and over her own body as she saw how she was wrapped in a straight jacket. She didn't struggle or seemed surprised. In contrast, she was relieved. "You locked me up. Good." She didn't seem to really wanna talk or didn't really react to his question. She only cared about being locked away. She nodded as she looked at her arms and legs. Her head was heavy still from the sedative and that's the way she liked it. "I need you to drug me again. Keep me as weak as possible." She said soft. "If I'm weak, she can't take control of me."
"She?" Dean asked, he made a note on his notepad.
Patient refers to herself in third person, tone of voice suggests she is unable to control herself when "she" has control, or so is implied.
He looked back at her with a warm smile "Miss, if you don't tell me who you are, how are we... I... supposed to help you? legally speaking, we cannot keep you here without some sort of evidence to back up your claims of you Killing" Dean stood up and walked around his desk, he rummaged around in the drawers "I can barely keep track of where my things are..." he huffed with a smile glancing at her. "Guard, please, excuse me and the patient"
"But sir"
"Go, please, i cannot work with you leaning over my shoulder. I'm sure this lovely lady would like some sort of privacy IF she talks to me. Plus Patient-Doctor confidentiality is very important"
"Yes Doctor" The guard said, still hesitant but listened to Dean nonetheless. When the door shut behind him, Dean took a deep breath and took off his tie "This thing was choking me all day!" he chuckled as he walked around the desk and sat opposite her "I tell ya, these guys are no fun whatsoever. I am doing what i enjoy tho" A pair of keys dangled on his fingers "Lets get you out of those. Don't worry, I can defend myself" Dean undid her straight jacket then untied her legs and ankles.
When he sat back down, he jotted another note Patient seems to think she has no ability to control herself, like a black out. Symptoms of Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia? must do full evaluation to find the root of problem

Lila looked shocked as he untied her. Didn't he hear her? Was he deaf? "No! What the hell is wrong with you." Lila was normally a very calm and bubbly person. She was a Sunshine and didn't have a worry on her mind. But that person no longer existed. "Please, lock me up. DRUG ME." She begged him, her face looked desperate at the keys while the doc dangled them. "You don't understand. I'm not crazy. I killed people without knowing, without any damn reason." She calmed down and started crying. "You don't know what it's like to dream about killing these people in such a vivid way that you can almost feel the blood dripping off your hands. And then waking up to find the blood still under your nails." Her hair fell infront of her face while she sobbed and looked at her hands that were resting on her lap.
"I know that there haven't been any bodies but I'm telling you. She is very good at hiding them." She looked back up, her face now puffy and red from crying. "Please, you need to make sure that she doesn't get out. She is a master at manipulating and at doing stuff that can't be explained."
