i believe it means you and them are friends but none of your friends are friends with one another

It can honestly go either way from the way it's written. I have many non-mutual friends in my list, meaning they're my friend and I'm not theirs. I hope Kim is on soon to help us confirm.

It's for people who have friended others, but not been friended back. Not people who have been friended and not reciprocated
HOWEVER
This worked fine as a criteria last year, but I'm realizing that this year names are attached, and someone might not want to reveal that they friend more people than friends them back, so as soon as I get back from this next meeting I'll reverse it.
It does sound like the Gryphon Seal has to do with Star Wars. Makes me think of the Jedi Order!
