Circuit seal, "home to many imaginary realms" .. Furcadia?!

The Broken Seal makes me think of Romeo and Juliet, but that also seems too obvious. I'm groggy today, gonna have to sit on all these. 8)

Sorry I didn't mention I had unlocked one of the clues for the broken seal, I didn't realize it until just a moment ago.

Also I am fairly certain the Time seals answer is Lavos. The main villain from the Snes JRPG Chrono Trigger... which is heavy with the time travel. He has a spikey top and a soft under belly and crashed into the earth during the dawn of time. I'm fairly sure that's it.

Oh wow, how could I not think of Lavos. I'm even a Chrono Trigger nut.

Oh god I adore it. Replayed it recently for the 20th anniversary.

I've got these guys on my computer desk.
And its hard to believe that it's over 20 years old now.

I need a Frog figure on my desk. I really do. When I encounter hardship, I will look at it and it will say, "If you ever think you can't do it, remember that I am a frog and I cut a mountain in half.", and I will be motivated again.

I also found the Gear Seal! I remembered Kim had a "Ask a stupid question" day and looked for the newspost. This little fella was found wandering beneath the comment sections.

Edit: The (Spanish) Treasure Fleet might be a possible answer. The estimated value of the lost Spanish Fleet in the west indies was arrroooound 8 million, I think? It really was astronomical.

Oh boy, we need to do heavy collection of party hats again. This time we need about 500 of them and we also need them to deal with the dragon as well.
