I would never ask for the hat on the top of your head, I am not worthy of such attire.

It is an article of greatest power and lengthy history. It might be the most powerful hat of all. Unfortunately, it appears to be useless against gigantic cyborg dragons.

If only I could turn all these rapiers into hats...

There's a -chance- for them in grab bags. But it's usually been 1-2. One bag had 4 and an oil of epic

There's indeed a chance of them, but they're not common enough for this. I would not spend my money just for the sake of this fight.
