Desmond noticing his eyes rollback flinches, feels taken back and offended that he'd do that, but of course, no less should be expected from a demon. He dismisses thoughts of it in his mind, and decides to now focus on what he just said. That thing about 'it' coming back to get you seems rather cynical of him to say that, but then he once again realises that he's a demon, and shouldn't be taken seriously on matters of faith. "Well Caleb, you haven't met The Lord Jesus Christ in his entirety yet. All in due time, I'll say." Desmond says to him, still offended over his response to what he said.

Caleb looked at him and remembered he was a monk before looking away. Anyone else and Caleb would've rolled his eyes and said something to defend his point. However it was clear that Desmond would have to learn that the hard way because he could tell how easily offended he was by that. Caleb went to the window, to just look out at the scene and he noticed that the sun was starting to come out. "Ugh...I feel like a teenage girl at a sleepover." Caleb muttered about the fact that they were up all night. He went over to his stacks of paper practically littering the room and Caleb went around to pick them up and put the in a large black duffle bag. "Well, I gotta get moving. It was nice and all but have to keep moving." e muttered before shoving the endless amounts of paper in the bag along with the rest of the ramen before tossing one to Desmond to take home. "Be.' He said easily as he left the hotel. Caleb couldn't stay long because Desmond and him killed demons right outside the hotel, someone was going to come and see what happened.

Without much thought in it, Desmond decides to request him to be his company throughout his travels. He has much to lose, but for some reason, feels he can trust his life on Caleb. He saved Caleb's life, so he's bound to accept the offer of travelling with him. "Caleb? Do you mind if I... come with you?" Desmond asks Caleb, before his face begins to turn red. He honestly felt embarrassed when requesting that, yet he somehow has little regrets over what he said.

Caleb looked at Desmond for a moment and hesitated slightly before scuffing and looking away. "Do whatever you want, it's not like your bothering me." He said as he started to leave the house, though he waited patiently at the door for Desmond. He couldn't help but to narrow his eyes slightly. Why did Desmond want to come with him? If Caleb was correct, he didn't tell the monk that he was trying to turn back into a human. So why did he want to follow? Was he just looking for adventure? Caleb highly doubted that one, but decided that he would just let him follow along anyways.

Desmond understands that Caleb seems to be pretty rude, but since he's compliant in allowing him to follow Caleb, he can trust him on that. He finishes off his box of ramen and disposes it in the bin, before walking to the door where Caleb is. Desmond stops right in front of Caleb and looks at him. "And follow you, I shall." Desmond says before smiling brightly for some reason.

Caleb looked down at the man for a moment before looking at him confused. Did he have some kind of plan here? Though Caleb trusted him, he didn't know how he fully felt about this man..Caleb shook his head and sighed. "Don't get angry at me if something happens, even if you can handle yourself." He said as he began walking, expecting for Desmond to follow. Though Caleb wasn't staying in this city, he finished all of his business here and found it to be a waste of time like any other place he thought would work. Why was it so hard to be what you once were? Caleb soon ended up at a train station and bought two tickets before handing Desmond one. "Still intend to follow? The train should be here any minute in case you want to rethink it." Caleb said, not wanting to force this man into following him.

Desmond at this point is determined to follow and guard him. It seems almost unnatural for him to feel he should follow him wherever he goes. For some reason his senses and his personal relationship with God is motivating him to advance on this decision. Desmond now faced with an opportunity to leave him at this point, kindly rejects it in his mind, before acting on this thought. He shakes his head. "Caleb... I don't know why, but I feel as if I should come along with you. It's my sixth sense you see?" Desmond tells him.

Claeb looked at Desmond, womdering if this monks sixth sense was just craziness. However he didn't refuse the offer, since Caleb hasn't had any company for about two years. He longed for someone to keep him company as a friend and here that person was. However, he did feel bad considering he didn't tell Desmond what he was seeking to do. He handed Desmond the ticket and nodded before looking away awkwardly while saying thank you. He wasn't used to saying that word often, he probably would have said more, but the train came right to the station. Caleb went up to the train, gave the ticket to one of the workers who allowed him on, and waved for Desmond to follow him on.

Desmond feels happy knowing that Caleb's comfortable with him following him. If this were not so, he wouldn't go about doing it. He gently pats himself down, checking if he's got everything; kunais, chain whip, holy water flasks, that seems to be about all he's taking at this point. He hands the ticket to the worker and makes his way on the train.

The train wasn't all too crowded, only bearing hints of population, mostly consisting of senior citizens, and the disabled. He moves past the small collective of people, and makes his way to Caleb's side. He isn't all that comfortable in crowds, even small ones such as the one they're both in now. The auras of the people around them is beginning to tug at his senses, which makes him feel more than irritated.

Caleb took a seat at an empty spot and sat near the window, of course he expected Desmond to either take the seat next to him or across, whichever really. Though it was more then easy to notice Desmond was a bit more irritated then he was just a moment ago. He looked at the older male and smirked softly. "What's got you down?" He asked, which was a bit to see how much it would take just to irritate him when he seemed a little upset already, though he really was curious on what was bothering him.

(That's alright, considering I had to leave for a few months I completely understand. If you ever do want to continue this later on, I will be here.)
