I might normally have viewed a topic like this as potentially some accident or spamming that needed either a programmer to check what went wrong or a moderator to remove, depending on what the author said they intended with it.

No, Kim, this was originally a topic to ask for advice about what powers to give a certain character, don't remember who, I believe it was Cronos. Y'know, the featured one. But apparently Harmony changed their mind and since you can't delete a thread, they instead replaced the post with / .
