Hello. As it was said in the title, I was just wondering if there is a BB Code that could make picture links. Like when I press a picture, it will send me to a site, a page, or profile. Is that possible? Thanks. 
Yes it is! You have to put the link code around the image code, like so:
Make sure to host the picture somewhere, like www.imgur.com, www.tinypic.com or http://www.photobucket.com or whatever other host you prefer.
