I used SIMBAD and Wikipedia to assemble this local area map of the sun.

That'll be good for a sci-fi RP, help locate different regions or starsystems or the like, I imagine a lot of the action would happen in the local bubble or that second ring around it, I'm pretty sure that's a large distance anyway.
