You know that feeling, or maybe it is more like feelings, that you get when ever you the the boot from an RP or a D&D campaign?
Kinda feeling that right now. I'm not angry, thought I feel I should. And I don't think that they were either, though part of me wishes they were so I could be as well.
It was a mutual break in a way but I guess this had been planned for a while now without my knowledge. And as a plus at least there wasn't a big fight or any feelings of bitterness. But I can't help but feel slighted and led on, they told me I could join them again when I better learn the basics of D&D gameplay and character roleplay. But my question now is this, if not with them then where?
I guess I'm a bit lost and confused and would like some advice of what I can do now. (Yes, the obvious answer is "git gud" but where and how can I if no one will take me)

Sorry to hear that bro. I'd love to help , but I don't play DnD. Maybe you could ask some of those guys you were with to see if they could help you out if you didn't already that is
I sympathize, but you'll always run into roleplaying and gaming partners who are disappointments. It's part of trying new things. Best thing you can do is chin up and (try to) give less thought to them and more to the people who don't let you down.

Actually these people are one and the same. And I think they are a bit tired of "holding the newbie's hand" through our campaign. Good suggestion though!

Oh, damn. The way I look at it, don't boot someone out of something they're 'inexperinced' without offering help of any kind. And I know how you feel bro. Just a few weeks ago I was booted from a group partly because I wasn't good enough. Though, unlike you I was kinda bitter about it
