It means "One True Pairing". It's a term used in fandom speak to express how you feel about two characters being in a relationship together. Essentially, OTP sums up your response when you see a certain pairing from a show/book/anime/etc. and you're like "OMG! They're so cute together I'm going to dedicate fanart, fanfiction, headcanons, AUs, rps, everything to them because they need to happen/be canon!"

Like, there's one thing to like and think a pairing is cute, and a whole other thing to have a pairing be your OTP
