So I'm trying to make a major edit on one of my characters pages and was wondering what is the default text size for the site?
"3" is the default, whiiiich I think translates into a point 10 or 12 12 or 14?? font if you were looking at it in Microsoft Word? *ponderous face*
This is 1.
This is 2.
This is 3 (default).
This is 4.
This is 5.
And so forth! It goes up to 7, I think. I hope that helps answer the question. I'm speaking from a non-technical point of view; if you're working on CSS or somethin', you may need to get someone savvier than I.

Thanks, I'll try both 12 and 14 point font.
The site utilizes a lot of different font sizes depending where you look. Copper explained the BBCode well, but you may need to be a bit more specific if that's not what you meant!
As far as the forum text here goes, it appears to be a font size 17px, but this may not work out depending on what you're doing (e.g. modifying an existing template).

I was technically going for the text size in the dark cavern template to be very specific. I'm trying to edit one of my character's profile and I need to know the correct size to make sure it doesn't look tacky.
Code:
font-family: Constantia, "Lucida Bright", Lucidabright, "Lucida Serif", Lucida, "DejaVu Serif," "Bitstream Vera Serif", "Liberation Serif", Georgia, serif;
font-size: 16px;
If you're trying to create matching images, be aware that programs like photoshop use different measurements than most browsers, so 16px in Chrome will be much different from 16px in PS.
The BBCode "size" tags don't correspond to any specific point size. Instead, they correspond to a degree of magnification on the original text size. So when you use those tags, the results are relative depending on which template you use it in.
