I know it is not possible yet to change the size of the 'collapse' text, so I would like to suggest that if it is not too complicated. 
Alas! Collapse tags have turned into a monstrously complicated tag that requires a lot of maintenance from me, and there are still some bugs in it that I've sunk months into trying to untangle. As much as I understand the joy of customizing, I would really rather not add any more complexity to collapse tags at this juncture.
