He raises an eyebrow, empathetically. "I'm so sorry for this." He ran forward, attempting a slice.

Dawson was simply being moved from one cell to another, he wasn't going to be up for a little bit just yet, but now he had a better view of the pit!

"Okay, first fight. I can do this." Damon was released into the arena.

SORRY I DON'T KNOW THIS STUFF. My posts didn't happen.

He grimaced as he was moved. "This isn't right. You... bastards..."

Dawson had attempted to run out into the pit and attack the challengers, with a sharp arrow to the back Dawson was shot and killed by the guards. "Damn," Duuk said, "Why couldn't he just stick to the plan..."

((Dawson, if you wish to re-enter the RP use another character and respect the other writers, if you do not i will God-Mod that character too...
1. This is not for you to post OOC responses, only me to help guide and explain stuff.

3. Rushing out and just attacking people, there is an order of people waiting to fight, you gotta wait your turn.))

Setiha did not want to fight another round already he was already wounded so this was going to be a bit hard on him. But then again it was only a cut on his face... But little wounds like this always killed people if they were not careful. Setiha saw another man approach him looking confident that he would win. This made Setiha a little irritated because this was not just some "game".

Setiha held his staff firmly and ran towards the man he spun his staff around and tried to hit the mans leg and hopefully break it. He does not want to see another man die because of this horrible fate he was presented with.

Damon tried to jump away from the blow, but was unsuccessful, and took a hit on the leg. When he landed, he nearly fell. He made a quick check on his leg, not broken, but it still was pretty bad.
Damon quickly refocused himself, drowning out all noise and sight but that of his opponent. He drew his two serrated swords and ran as best as he could toward his opponent. As he reached him he rolled around and made a slash for their back.

Setiha was glad that he hit his mark however the leg did not break and so the man was bound to attack him back. He tried to brace himself quickly in preparation for a counterattack. Setiha's eyes never left the man and he saw him pull out 2 swords and quickly understood this was going to be painful if he did not react in time. He saw the man charging at him and he stood his ground hoping he would see his movements and counter in time. The man rolled around and try to cut him down from behind him Setiha's eyes followed and ducked just in time and turned around and brought his staff around to hit him in the side like with the first opponent. He used the staff very skillfully like it was an extension of his arms and he hoped due to the mans wounded leg this attack would be the last.

Damon felt one of his ribs crack from the blow, and tried to get away from that staff's area. He did so but nearly fell to the ground in the process.
Rather than give up like any sane person, Damon decided to give it one more go. He used whatever moment he could spare before attacking going over a plan. Sword tricks weren't going to cut it, the man was too observant, and a confident expression didn't unsettle him.
He decided to go for a crazy plan that he hoped would work.
He tried to run at the man again, doing his best to ingore the pain. He then threw one of his swords at the man's feet. Damon then did the best leap he could to bring his sword just in front of the man's face on the way down. Paying no attention to the man's reaction, he crouched on landing, picked up the thrown sword, and swang it upwards with the intention of actually harming the man.

Setiha was hopping now the man would resign himself. Because at this point Setiha felt like if he hurt him more he was going to die. But to be expected the man did not give up. The man ran towards him and then threw his sword near Setiha and he wondered what this man had planned now. The man tried his best to jump and bring his other sword down upon Setiha. Setiha's reactions were too fast for the man. As soon as he brought down the sword Setiha blocked it with his staff which was made out of hard metal he then pushed against the sword sending the man back a little but this did not seem to faze him because just in time he grabbed his other sword which was in front of Setiha and swang upwards to try to cut him in half.

Setiha's eyes widen and knew this was going to be too close for comfort. He turned quickly and rolled over to the side nearly dodging that fatal hit and panting slightly. Setiha was getting tired but he knew he had to fight. If he gave up now surely the gods would cast him into hell. Setiha regained his movement while the man was in pain and still crouching on the ground trying to bear the pain. He took this moment and brought his staff and struck him against his back hoping this would be enough to knock him out because at this point Setiha was running out of options.

It was sheer luck that Damon's leg gave out on him and that he pitched forward, causing the staff to miss him. When Damon realised what happened, he tried his best to crawl away and stand. His leg however was uncooperative, and wouldn't take any weight. Unless he planned on fighting from a crouch, which he didn't, Damon had no choice but to give up. So he did.

And out of the cage the guards pulled Duuk, "ok, here we go," he said. The arena cheered for the reigning champion as Dukonuu grabbed his spears, doing a skip jump as the war gong sounded, he threw the first spear at his foe with full force he charged forward, hoping his spear would make good contact!
