- Sangue crime family is currently running Manhattan and hogging a lot of turf, life's going good for them. Until ( rival ) moves into town and starts to shake things up, for better or worse.

- [ Your character ] needs money, living in New York isn't as smooth sailing as its made out to be. Luckily, it's widely known where you can turn to for some quick cash to pay the rent, or even feed a habit. What started out as a loan is now a debt, and the Mafia has come to collect. [ Your character ] must find a way to co-exist or escape the mafia.
