I haven't been replying for the past few days to most of you because something happened. My grandfather has been very sick for the past few weeks. Just these past 3 days he really declined and deteriorated. And just this morning at 10, he died. My whole family is devastated, and I'm not holding up very well, either. I'll try to get some replies in soon, I'm hoping by today or tomorrow. But please, just be patient with me. Thank you for reading.

I hope the best for you and your family. Take your time and get better. The best thing to do in my opinion is to let out your feelings whether that's in writing, drawing, or even crying can help. Just do something that can help you cope. An outlet that is good mentally and or physically. However don't try and forget. Forgetting won't help. Acceptance is the only way, in my opinion, for one to truly get better.
