Visiting the various sites such as the R&S yahoo answers and newground forums of the sorts, there is usually an indication that a user has been blocked. For yahoo this happens when you try sending email or replying to answers. For some forums you get a message only after trying to message someone.

My question is, is there a way to know that you are blocked by someone?

if the person has you blocked then you will get notified when trying to message the person that you cant contact this person because you are blocked

Most attempts to get in touch with someone directly, including messaging but also actions like sending them an item, will let you know that you can't do so because you have been blocked. Otherwise, there is no list.

I should probably also mention: If you block someone, it blocks all of their characters as well. Or, if you block one of their characters, it blocks them and all their other characters as well. Even if the character(s) in question are anonymous. That way, a person can't just make an anonymous character to get around a block.
