"Let's just say he was on the verge of destroying an entire kingdom and your people should have him captive by now," Tiberius said.

Jackie's mom linked, still confused. "So, what should we do to help clear Tiberius's name?"Jackie asked.

"I still have a feeling that the best way is to teach people that I am not harmful just because I'm big and ugly," Tiberius said. "If I get others to trust me as a Great Beast, they might realize that everything I did was out of self defense."

"Uh... good luck with that. I really dunno how you'd go about doing that."Jackie's mom said. "Well, what do yo usuggest we do?"Jackie asked. "I don't know. I've never been in a situation like this before."Jackie's mom replied.

"Do you think they would even believe I'm the same guy?" Tiberius asked.

Jackie's mom shrugged. "I don't know."Jackie's mom said.

"Well... we could TRY my method," Tiberius suggested. "It might be risky, but I think it might be our best shot."

"I really don't think that's a good idea."Jackie said. "I mean, it takes you more time to right something than it does to actually say it."Jackie said. "The Guards might not give you enough time to write anything down."Jackie said.

"Then I might have to write shorter, simpler sentences to start with," Tiberius suggested. "Things like "Wait," and "I come in peace," and such."

Jackie shrugged. "Honestly, I think it might be better to try it out like you are first."Jackie said. "I mean, you're in a form that can talk and isn't on the 'attack first, ask questions later' list. Plus we'd have to go all the way back to your colony, and back here again if we turn you back into your big form."Jackie said.

"They're not going to believe my current form to be the same big creature," Tiberius mentioned. "Plus, it won't prove that I'm a gentle creature in Greatbeast form. The only way I see I can clean my name is to prove I'm gentle as a Greatbeast. I know it's risky, but it's likely to be the most effective way of doing things. ...Unless... Do you think they would follow me to my colony?"

Jackie thought for a minute. "Probably not the whole village but maybe some of the guards." Jackie said.

"What if I brought them to my colony, ordered my subjects not to attack and then show them my Greatbeast form and how I'm no different in that form to make them feel more open about me," Tiberius suggested.

"It's worth a shot."Jackie said with a shrug.

"Now I just have to find a way to get their attention," Tiberius thought. "Do you think I can just walk up to them and say "I come in peace: follow me" with of course more thought put into my speech?"

"Probably not."Jackie said with a shrug. he thought trying to come up with something, before an idea popped in her head. "The Elder! He runs our village!"Jackie said. "He's also very understanding, er... he was when my dad was around. Dunno if he still is, but we could go to him and talk all of this over!"Jackie said.

"That... might actually work. ...But aren't you still on exile?" Tiberius asked. "...Nevermind that, it's worth a shot. Let's go there."

Jackie nodded, about to put her Pj's on until her mother took them. "You are not wearing this if you're going to the Elder!"She said. "But mom-"Jackie began befor being cut off. "Jackie, it smells like sweat, mud, bird poop, and wild boar. You're not wearing it if you're going to the Elder."Jackie's mom said, walking off. After a few minutes she returned carrying a hooded shawl. "You should also probably wear this. It would help disguise you."Jackie's mom said, handing it to Jackie. Jackie took it and put it on. "Ok, c'mon. The Elder's this way."Jackie said, putting her hood up.

Eventually, they came to the Elder's building. Tiberius and Jackie went inside in his building where they saw the Elder inside. Tiberius decided to make the first move.

"Hello Elder, I... I wanted to come here and talk to your about the giant creature who escaped from your vicinity. ...May you be troubled to speak with me on the matter."

Jackie made sure ot keep her head low, as the Elder's home was surrounded and filled with guards. "You're an.... Almiraj, correct? You're quite far from the mountains."The Elder said. "Does your colony know something of this creature?"The Elder asked, raising a brow.
