Alx watched as the woman in bright clothing, approached the white-haired boy with the horns. The other woman at his table seemed to tense up. Alx sniffed the air. Blood. Corrupted blood. He snickered to himself and swished his tail again. I wonder what this child has gotten himself into.
((Ooc: I didn't want to steal any thunder either I'm just trying to make something dramatic happen too.))
"This has also happened with my right eye, but it wasn't nearly as bad, so I sort of...ignored it. I really don't know." He added. "You'd better not touch it then." He looked at it then at Tuich and Luna, "I'll just clean it...Would you recommend...purification? I mean, you say it won't help much...but I don't know, I've never seen or been purified, I'm not sure..."

Markal nodded at the two foxes. He knew the female, after all she'd been here for a while. He cleaned up the blood and took the bucket back. Likely, they'd need it again before the night was through.
Markal paused by the strange looking newcomer. He'd heard him come in but hadn't looked up when he did. Now it was obvious the man wasn't human. "Can I get you anything to drink?"

Alx glanced up at the young man that offered him a drink. "Something light." He said, with a smile.
Tuich glanced over at the fox table. "Max is okay now, he doesn't need me." Then she fell silent and listened to Luna's comments.
"If demonic blood is deadly," she pondered slowly, "then that can't be what this is, right?" She studied Arashi briefly, then leaned nearer to Luna and said in a mock conspiratorial tone, "He doesn't look dead to me. Or undead, either."
When Luna finally relinquished her death grip, Tuich rubbed her wrist while puzzling over another point. "I don't know anything about demons or purification, but... if this is part of him, wouldn't purification hurt him, if it worked?"
(OOC: If you're aware enough to comment on stealing thunder, you probably aren't. :o) )

Markal nodded and headed to the bar. He set down the bucket with slightly pink water now and got to work. They didn't have a lot of "light" drinks that they served, but he'd find something. Maybe that Velvet Mead...
After washing his hands, Markal poured a mug and took it out to the man. "If you need anything else, my name is Markal. I'll be sure to hear if you call for me." Benefits of excellent hearing.

"Sure," he said, nodding, and then thanked him.
Alx took a quick sip from the mug, and licked his lips. Interesting flavor. He then reached up and pulled down his hood, as his head was feeling hot. The fur on his face was the same dark grey as his tail, and below his muzzle, it was white. He brushed the hair out of his face, revealing very odd eyes. Black sclera and white irises, no pupils. His ears were pierced with a small variety of earrings, and he wore a spiked collar around his neck. His ears and the tips of his mane were also the same light blue and white as his tail.
What a very strange appearance.
((OOC: I love Alx I didn't design them or give them their name, they're sort of adopted. Also forgot to mention their nose is blue.))

"I am not entirely sure," Luna replied to Tuich's comment on Purification. She had oly seen it done once, and that memory had been imbedded into her brain forever since.
"It should only-" The memories were flashing up again now. Blood. The man stumbled towards her and blood, black and red and sick came pouring out of his mouth, ears, eyes, everywhere!
Luna swallowed around the lump in her throat, before continuing.
"Should only ease the pain or at least seal some of the dark energy away for a bit" Her hands were shaking now, like they had been when the man had tried to reach for her. He moaned in pain, inching closer and closer until...until...
Closing her eyes shut, Luna took a deep breath. She couldn't have a panic attack now....she had to be strong, needed to be strong...

Tuich glanced between Arashi and Luna. "Are you alright?" she asked, gently putting a hand on the girl's shoulder.
Arashi stared at Luna, a concerned look across his face, but said nothing. Tuich had taken the words right out of his mouth.
"Well...it stopped now...So maybe we should stand back and see if it happens again?" He asked, holding his arm away from them. "I'll clean it myself...so nobody gets hurt," he glanced around for Markal, spotting him leaving a table. Arashi's eyes then rested upon the person sitting at the table. He seemed to be some sort of canine. So many odd folk here. He thought, watching as the anthropomorphic canine took a sip of the drink that had just been handed to him, presumably by Markal. Oh yeah, Markal. "Hey Markal," Arashi called, hoping he would be heard.

Markal had almost made it back to the bar when he heard his name called. He turned around, recognizing the voice as Arashi's. Thankfully, it looked like the strange bleeding had stopped. Markal paused to grab the bucket of water and clean cloths before heading to their table.
"Did you scrape yourself or something?" He asked when he got there, wringing out one of the cloths and handing it to Arashi for his arm. Before anyone could stop him, he wiped up what had dripped from Arashi's arm. He jumped a bit as the side of his thumb touched a bit of it. "Ow." He wiped it off and looked at his thumb. It was burned lightly, but it was already healing. It would be gone without a trace in an hour or two, no biggie.
"You got acid blood or something?" He asked Arashi, a bit of awe on his face. Having acid blood would be incredibly cool.

Arashi's took the cloth, "No, it's just...an old scar..." He slapped the cloth onto his arm, letting it soak up the blood. Strangely enough, it didn't seem to be affected. His eyes widened when he noticed Markal cleaning the other blood, that had dripped off of his arm, and his heart stopped for a second, when he heard a small, 'Ow.'
Arashi stared at him, realizing that he must have touched a bit of the blood. He noticed that Markal had a slight look of wonder on his face for a second at the thought of having acidic blood.
"N-no, uh sort of, not really, but are you ok? My blood is toxic to normal folk, I really think you should have Luna look at that." Arashi spoke quickly, tripping and stumbling over his words, he couldn't believe that Markal had touched it. He leaned over to look at him, trying to see where he had burned himself. I think it was only a little bit, but how much does it take to...? Arashi began to imagine what Luna had explained earlier. Blood pouring out of his eyes, nose and mouth. He pushed the thought away and shook his head. "Thank for doing that, but Luna," he turned his attention to his friend, "I think you should look at that for him. I really don't want to be the cause of any horrific injuries."

Alx flattened his ears when the horned boy had looked at him. He gave me a funny look. He set his mug down and watched as the servant boy went over to help him clean up the blood he had spilled from his arm. Foolish move. The boy had burned himself on the other's blood. It's just a slight injury, but I wonder if it will end in his death? Only an extremely skilled priest can heal poisoning like that, though it seems the girl sitting at that table might be one. Her aura is quite impressive. I wonder if she's really a priestess, and if she has the skill to fix something like that. Time will tell. He ran his tongue across his lips, again, swishing his tail back and forth.
(OOC: Getting hard to keep up )
"Rosemary, I'll need rosemary, a candle, and a bowl of water that is preferably hot" Luna listed off with ease, her mind working fast as she thought of the steps that followed. The Purification wouldn't last too long; it was simple procedure but it would drain a lot of Luna's energy, especially with the high levels of dark energy.
"I will be fine in time, knowing that I have helped others," She said to Tuich, trying to do away with her concern. It was...nice to have others who worried about her than the other way around for once.
Clearing her throat and shaking away some of her nervous energy, Luna placed on her mask of determination and skill. She was doing her duty as a protector and priestess, there was no need to be frighten by old memories long passed. She was shielding others from the darkness and that was all that mattered...
"If I could have those items and a more private area to perform the purification rite, then all should be fine."

"Uh, will it hurt?" Arashi looked a bit concerned, his tail twitching slightly. He had no idea how the purification process would go, he'd never seen or heard of what Luna had explained.
"Oh." Markal said, slightly disappointed. "Well I guess it's a good thing I'm not a normal person then." He grinned at Arashi and took the cloth back after he'd cleaned his arm. "You don't have to worry bout me. A little burn like this won't take long to heal." He said flippantly.
"I'll let you get on to, er, purification. If you need a room to go to there's the spare one. You go in there," he pointed to a door on the other side of the inn. "And it's the first door on the right."

"You should still have me look at, Arashi's blood is dangerous even for someone like you." Luna suggested pointedly.
"And dispose of that cloth immediately. I suggest burning it." She added quickly before standing on her feet.
Smiling at Arashi, Luna tried her best to give him her 'it's nothing to worry about' look when he asked if it would hurt. Luna didn't normally perform such things on someone as special as him.
"You will at least experience a warming sensation but other than that nothing too painful, I can assure you." She offered in hopes that would help calm him some.

Markal blinked, a slightly surprised look on his face. He wasn't used to anyone really caring that much about him. Except his sister Tolora. She was a bit overcaring. "Uh, sure." Eh, what could it hurt to let her look at it? He extended his hand, showing her his thumb. It really wasn't anything more than a burn.
Completely lost and confused, Emily shakes her vulpine head and returns to her seat and orders a large bottle of wine.
