Phew! This was going better than the last time! Last time it involved some grubby guy that wasnt too kind anyways. Heck, she'd probably made a friend now, which was even better! Now...getting her what she needed. "Well Isobel is a much better name. Heck of a lot better than Julie! Great name!"
Even though she couldnt see it, Andrea grinned cheesily.
"I suppose i just fly in the air and uou follow me? I dunno if friends give each other rides home."

Isobel chuckled. "Well, you're the one who came up with Julie after all. You could pick a different name." She walked to the edge of the rooftop. She'd been there long enough she could move around the rooftop confidently, a map of it in her head.
"I'll be fine following you in the air. As long as you make sound I'll know where you are."

"Cool!"
The suit morphed again like a ball of of clay and her body grew a little bit bigger. She was now standing like a bird, only this wasn't a bird, but a human sized dinosaur complete with sickle claws on its toes and a long tail. Along with a snout resembling a Trex, her shoulders sprouted leathery wings at a twelve foot span.
"Okay then. I hope I don't make enough noise to wake the whole planet." Andrea took off into the sky, making a sound like that of a dying bull.

Isobel tilted her head curiously. The suit made a strange, barely audible sound as it morphed. At first she thought it was comparable the sound of fur sprouting from a werewolf's skin, but she decided after a moment that it was distinctly different.
Isobel jumped off the building when Julie did. She actually fell several feet in her alarm when an awful noise started, but she managed to catch up to Julie easy once she realized what it was. Isobel busted up laughing, she couldn't help it. "You know...I would've been just fine...following the sound...of your wings flapping." She managed to say between bouts of laughter.

'Julie' had been laughing as well, and had almost dived down to catch Tue girl lest she hit the ground and break something. Bit she'd flown back up swiftly and all was well. " well I wasn't sure. Plus, I love making that random sound! It's so hilarious doing it near people...as you can tell."
Isobel chuckled. "Yes, I can see why they find it so funny." She was keeping up with 'Julie' easily. "Really, it's ridiculous how much noise humans make though."
"Names Duuk, I am from Riverveiw heights," Duuk said, alerting Nick of his families wealth. "I was just out clubbing down here when I needed to get cash out for my train ticket to get back to my side of the city..." It had all and all been a shitty day.
"Hey, I'm human!" Andrea told her. "I take great offense to that!"
"Whoa, Riverview, really, damn, I would kill to have that kind of money." Nick said in astonishment. "B-but not literally of course, y-you know I would just really like to have that kind of cash, it definitely would've helped me avoid this whole situation." He quickly corrected himself, due to the police officer driving the car. "I was just down here for work, and it's a pretty crappy job too, no way I'm going to able to make bail." He lamented. Eventually they made it to the police station and were escorted to the interrogation room. The officer that arrested them coming in and sitting across from them.
"So boys, tell me, what exactly were you doing tonight in that alleyway?" He inquired, suspicion obvious in his voice.
"Look, officer, I swear this is all just a big misunderstanding." Nick pleaded. "I was just walking home from my job, I was cutting through that alley to save time."
"Really, then why don't you explain why you ran off with that shoplifter as soon as you heard our sirens?"
"I-I just over reacted, I figured if you saw me with them you'd... well, bring me here." Nick replied.
"Mm hm, yeah, right." The officer said, obviously not convinced. "And what about you, what were you doing in the alley with the culprit?" He asked Duuk.

Isobel laughed. "Really? You certainly aren't a normal human. But you still make a lot of noise." She tilted her head thoughtfully, and her body followed her head, causing her to spiral in the air until she straightened back out. "Well, I guess you're right. It's not just humans that are noisy, it's living things in general, with a few exceptions."
Duuk touched the officers skin and used his Back Step ability, paired with his Slow Mo ability explaining the situation as the events replayed, the officer listened but was trapped in a time rift unable to move, when his "avatar" of past self appeared he began walking to meet and the pair with that version of himself for the rest of the explanation. This action extremely drained Duuk but the officer undid the cuffs on the two of them and released them out into the streets once the squad car arrived at the police station. "Thank you officer," Duuk said smiling, the officer waved as the two boys walked away and that was it, no record, no time, and pow he was back where he was before. "Know when any ATM's are around here?" He asked Nick smiling as if nothing had happened.
Athens blue flame sparked on a roof top, he was unsure of something that needed investigation. "Fallen angels usually become mortal upon decent, but if this girl still has her immortality and is committing robberies no matter how small she is breaking a code against mortals and needs to be put down..." A blue fire ball formed in his hand and he through it a few feet from the angel and it exploded as a warning, "Fallen angel!" Athens called out, "land, or you will be pursued!!" His yelling wasn't angry, but was to help his voice reach her. He drew a special golden knife from his side known as the Phoenix Dagger, even the slightest cut could kill instantly, however... The blade did not cut mortals at all, even if the strongest man in the world stabbed someone with it, the blade would not even scratch the targets skin, you would feel the world strongest man hit you with a "blunt" object but that's another thing entirely.

"There we go." The officer said as he uncuffed the boys. "Sorry for the misunderstanding fellas, you take care now, and try and stay out of trouble from now on." He said in a kind voice before turning his back on them and entering the station.
"...W-wait, what?" Nick was completely flabbergasted, he had no idea what just happened, one minute they were the prime suspects and the next they were treated like the "normal" civilians they were. He was brought out of his thoughts by Duuk's question.
"Ah, are we seriously not going to talk about what just happened?" He asked incredulously, the only thing he knew was that the change happened after Duuk touched him, which could only mean one thing in his mind. "W-was that... mind control or something?" He whispered curiously, he doubted he would actually tell him, but he had to ask.

"I don't know what your talking about," Duuk said beginning to walk away from the station. The less Nick knew the better, he seemed like a good guy yet again looks could be deceiving. "Wanna go grab a bite to eat at that twenty four hour diner?" He had missed his train and too much time had passed for him to just go back and make his train on time, may as well wait till the next one came at 5:30am, "can you believe it's almost one in the morning?"
Nick let out a sigh, he understood if Duuk didn't want to talk about his powers, if he even had any to begin with, he knew he wouldn't want to "Yeah why not, my parents are gonna kill me anyway, might as well get my last meal in." He said, dreading what his mother would do to him once he finally got home. "I know right, I'm gonna have to wait till like five in the morning till the buses start running again, I'm telling you once I get home I'm crashing." Nick stated and he and Duuk walked over to the diner.
Isobel paused at the sound of a familiar man's voice. The one that had tripped her earlier. Isobel flared out her wings, slowing down and hovering. She felt the heat from his fireball and instantly had her staff in hand. "Don't yell your lungs out. I may not be able to see but I can hear just fine." She said in a chilled tone.
Isobel clucked to get a better image in her mind of the building before alighting on the edge. "Listen I know I've got wings but I'd prefer you not keep calling me fallen angel." She said, irritated. "As for this breaking of a code against mortals...last time I checked humans were the one who wronged me, not the other way around."
((Well Isobel is kind of a strange case. She snuck out of heaven when she was much younger because she was curious about earth. Not that she remembers any of that. Right now she questions whether or not she even is an angel.))

"Just a quick blood test to see if we can be friends or not," Athens pointed his dagger at the girl. She didn't seem to be a threat but Athens wanted to make sure, "are you an Immortal girl?" The dagger would prove it one way or another but if she was just an Immortal down on her luck he didn't want to punish her for trying to cloth herself... This was a very delicate situation...
Isobel shrugged. "How the hell am I supposed to know..?" Yeah, she doesn't know if she's mortal or not. A blood test? "No. No needles. If you need blood..." She put the staff back on her back and drew her dagger, cutting her palm just enough to draw blood. "Come here and get it." If he had some way of telling whether or not she was immortal, well why not? She was pretty curious about it herself.
"Being able to fly is one power I do not have..." He confessed, "if you are willing it involves no needles, just a touch from my own Dagger..." He had an idea, if she dropped her own blood onto the blade of his knife it would flare and turn to ash, if she was mortal it would just dirty his dagger. But that was only a hypothetical test, he did not know if it would even work. "Come here and prove you are a friend to mortal kind..."
Isobel stepped towards him and paused, blushing a little. "Uh, you'll have to just hold your dagger under my hand." She couldn't see the dagger. She stretched out her hand and squeezed it lightly. Blood was already dripping but now it came out steady. Her grip on the dagger she held tightened as well, in anticipation.
When her blood touched the metal, it did nothing for several seconds and then it started smoking, turning the blood black. It didn't exactly flare or turn to ash though. Isobel tilted her head curiously at the sound. "What does that mean?" She asked, not sure if she wanted to know the answer. Did it have something to do with what the scientists had injected into her blood?
