Hello everyone, I've been wanting to start an RP with anyone for quite a while but don't have many flexible characters. So, my first RP on here was a fantasy adventure RP that, sadly, ended early due to one of the members needing to leave for personal reasons. I think it's best if I go back to my roots, so to speak, to finish what I had started long ago and get it out of my system. So, without further ado, here's my idea for a fantasy adventure RP.
There is a world where many ancient islands used to exist side by side; some being allies, others enemies. In this world, there was a great war started by one island nation which led to the deaths of hundreds of millions. Unfortunately, when humanity was on the brink of self-extinction, a trio of colossal beings emerged and ravaged the world.
Vasserincla, the Grand King Sea Dragon with its elongated eel-like crocodilian appearance
Lupsberg, the Towering Gigawolf with its trio of heads
Hymnrex, the Royal Sky Phoenix with its sky slicing plume
These three colossal monsters had evacuated the humans from the southern, northern, and eastern islands of the world through destruction. The only safe havens, the mainland and western islands, now becoming the homes of the remaining humans.
Thousands of years later, humanity has been fully settled on the mainland and western islands, now adapted to the beasts on the mainland. These beasts were like mice compared to the three Colossals, however. Humanity was using them to practice and hone their combat skills until they could reclaim their home from the three. Children now could be raised as warriors to protect humanity and hunt the Colossals, all in the hopes of returning home.
So, yeah, that's pretty much it. So, I was thinking the story could be about a few of those hunters, which would be called Reapers, going around the world and helping people or trying to discover something that may be tied to the Colossals. Also, this world has a few rare religions. All of which related to the Colossals. There are three specifically calling one of them the rightful king (Vasserism, Lupsism, Hymnrism), as well as two that say otherwise. One says all three are (Tricolosism), and one says a human will be (Neocolosism).
Now, before you make a character, please remember that if they fight, they need to have some way to do so. The weapons can be whatever, even if its something like a Grimoire or even like the Crescent Rose from RWBY. Also, the swearing is different words in this world, and the western islands have their own 5 languages so the words may be different there too. For example, hell is different, as are the S and F words. For the most part, the rest originated from animals (except crap and bast***), so those are pretty much the same. Well, then damn is an actual word, so... Anyway.
Another thing I'd like to point out is that in this world, there's little to no racism in history, any LGBT-phobia never really existed enough to become a thing, most drugs don't exist, nudity is seen just as natural as having eyes (doesn't mean everyone is 24/7, but you can be if you want), and people are a little less sensitive to violence due to the monsters that can appear despite the well developed future-modern cities.
Anyway, I've got to leave for now. I hope somebody's interested in this.

Would we be able to play non-human characters?
Depends. Only if it's a magical creature, a magical entity, or a human with nonhuman in them.
Ok, could I use Abelith? She's made for a Fantasy setting and is a fire mage
I would say yes, but when I clicked on your profile, that bad Bugs..... But, yes, she would fit pretty well! Just, make sure you're prepared for people in the world to often treat her like an untrustworthy beast since she's so technically inhuman. After all, there are beasts of all shapes and sizes in this.
Oh, forgot to mention, androids and robots that are under 7' and not transformers, steampunk, or tron-like are able to fit a bit. Think Metal Gear Rising's Blade Wolf, RWBY's Penny, and Iron Man's suit.
