Jett would consider her feelings for a moment, "Well he's doing us a favor and he brought all of the food and delivered incredible service, in my opinion, so how about 80%? Would that be okay with you?" He was uncomfortable with asking, but he also didn't want to upset her so he bit the bullet. "His brother works the bar where we are going and is getting us a VIP there after all, is that okay?"

Cynthia considered it. My word, he really did love giving money out. "...70%, okay?" She knew he didn't want to upset her, and he was asking so that was good. She was done eating, however, certainly full, so she leaned back in her seat. She tried to shake it off and just be happy again. It was difficult though. She worked so hard to support herself, so seeing him just tossing around money was difficult for her. As she had told him, it made her uncomfortable. But at least in this situation, the man had earned it.

Jett would look at Cyn for a second... "I can handle that, but understand I don't ever spend money, so I'm terrible at it okay?" Jett had always thought that the point of having money was to spend it on those you cared about... "I have to be honest with you, I spend about two thousand dollars on the first thirty-five years of my life, even though I had considerably more, and when you get upset at me spending the money I earned, it makes me feel small..." Jett was just trying to get a point across to his friend. "I lived on streets, in alleys, and in ditches for those years in private military, I grew up as a poor farmer's son, and I've been on the street for the last two years because I am running... Do you understand what I am saying?" Jett just wanted her to see his point of view.

Cynthia listened to him a bit and sighed softly. "...no. I don't understand." She played with her napkin, thinking over his words. "I mean, I don't mind you spending money. But you toss it around so much more than you need to." She ran a hand through her hair. "I don't want to talk about it right now...I just want to have fun, okay?"

Jett realized he was upsetting her, "Okay let's agree to talk about it later, though I will still adhere to our agreement." He would smile and reach for her hand, "I'm glad that we can talk at the very least." and he was, he'd always taken orders or had to do things a certain what, now that he had to work with someone to reach something he was unsure of how it would go. "I'm trying, I really am Cyn." Jett felt bad, but he knew she knew he was trying to be honest and work through it all with her... "Do you like the idea of going to this club?" He would begin to get out money to pay for the meal, "Just let me get this taken care of, 50% right?" he would wink... it was weird he'd always heard the more money he'd spend the more a woman would like him... but he thought about it... maybe that was just part of what made her special... "Thanks Cyn." He'd say after a little thought.

Cynthia smiled a little bit and gave his hand a gentle squeeze. "Yeah. We'll talk about it later. And I'm glad we can talk, too." She gave a little nod. "I know you're trying. Thank you. I'm glad you are." She would give another nod to his mention of the club. "I do, actually. I really think it'd be a lot of fun." She chuckled softly as he mentioned the money. "How about we compromise and go for 60%?" She smiled at him warmly. When he thanked her, she blinked. "Your...welcome?" She wasn't sure what he was thanking her for.

Jett was thanking her for making him better. He'd been designed to be perfect, he was a perfect killing machine... he could fly, he could make things explode... he could even use his mind from a distance to make things implode... "I'm thinking that we take care of this and go to the club." he would lay down enough to cover the food and then go find the waiter and give him his sixty percent. "Shall we milady?" He would gesture in a goofy manner. He would walk with her outside and help her into the limo. He would instruct the driver to listen to the ladies demands only, what's the point of having an English speaking driver? he would laugh.

Cynthia smiled at him and nodded. "Alright." She got to her feet and would take his arm, laughing a little as they walked outside and she was helped into the limo. She would instruct the driver on what club to go to, and smile. "I'm not used to any of this. Dresses, fancy dining, clubs. It's honestly really exciting."

"It's okay to spoil yourself on occasion my friend." He knew this was new to her, and it was to him too, he just was knowledgeable on etiquette that's it. "Trust me it's not everyday that I get to be like this." He would sit with her closely and kiss her head. He wanted to kiss her, but she probably didn't want him to.

Cynthia chuckled a bit and smiled. "I guess so. Everyone deserves to be spoiled once in a while." She blushed when he sat so close and kissed her head. "Well, then it's a fun time for both of us!" Before the conversation could go any further, however, they arrived at the club. Cynthia smiled. "Wow, it looks great just from the outside!"

Jett would get out of the limo and escort her to the door.

"Name..." the bouncer would say.

"Jettikai" Jett would say and they would be let in. They would be led from the front of the club to the special VIP room that had been reserved for them. Jett would sit down in their room which had a glass front to it so they could watch the club. "We can go dance in a little bit, I figured we'd have a few drinks first, you know loosen up and such?"

Cynthia smiled and walked in with him. "Wow...it looks great! The music sounds awesome!" She smiled and sat down in the VIP room with him. "That sounds like a good idea. And we should give the food time to settle too. We shouldn't go dancing just after we eat." She laughed.

Jett agreed with the idea, he had the waitress bring them the house cocktail and a bottle of Patron. "This is our favorite, but we need to make sure to try what the house has to offer am I right?" The cocktail would be a bright blue colored drink in a martini glass. It was garnished with a lime and a sour patch kid. "This... looks interesting?" He would look at the little candy piece and befuddled by what it was would ask, "What the hell is this thing?" he would laugh.

Cynthia listened to him and smiled. "I think that sounds great." She looked at the drink and laughed a bit. "It looks delicious! And that, my friend, is a sour patch kid! It's a piece of candy! Go ahead and eat it." She grinned and took her own, plucking it in her mouth.

He would watch her eat this little candy, "Um... okay." he would put it in his mouth and nearly buckle over from it, he hadn't ever had something sour. "OW!" his jaw would lock up like he'd never felt before... it was insane to say the least. "What is this? Poison?" he was completely unsure of what to think... it was unlike anything he'd ever had before. "Ah!" he would start walking around the room until he managed to chew it up... "Yikes, that was different, I like it!" he would say with some excitement, I mean do you remember your first sour candy? Crazy right?

Cynthia laughed as she watched him. "No, it's not poison. It's candy!" She smiled. "It's good, isn't it?" She took a sip from her glass, then eyed it carefully. "Ah, hell with it." She downed the entire thing and sighed contently, leaning back in her chair. "This actually tastes really good! Sparky. I like it." She smiled at him.

"Sparky?" Jett would say with a laugh, he would then follow in suit and tip his drink back and sit down next to her. "It's not bad, a little sweet for me, but a good way to start the night." he would grab the bottle of Patron and pop the cork. "Care to partake in our favorite whiskey?" he would say and have a gulp out of it. He would hand her the bottle.

Cynthia giggled. "Yes. Sparky. It's the best way to explain it." She smiled and would nod. When he mentioned the whiskey, she grinned and took it, taking a nice gulp as well. "Of course. It is our favorite whiskey." She chuckled. "This is nice." She liked watching all the people, too.

"Well then!" he would take the bottle from her and take two nice gulps, "I think we should finish this bottle!" Jett would hand her back the bottle, this was the best, it was so simple and so fun... he remembered what he liked about her so much, her ability to be fun in such blank situations, they could be anywhere in the world and have this much fun as long as they were together. "Man Cyn, it's so easy to be around you." he would say with a grimace as he felt the burn of the liquor.

Cynthia laughed a bit and smiled at him, downing some of the bottle. "Why thanks, Jett. You're nice to be around too, you know." She handed the bottle back and sighed contently, smiling. That was good liquor. She would stretch a little and then lean against him some.
