The rain had just ended on a summer's morning. Sitting under a tree, the young psychic known as Akira leaned back against it's trunk. Pulling something from the inside of his jacket, the young male stared at it.He wondered where that was. Shrugging a bit, it was a harmonica, something that Matsu gave to him on his tenth birthday.
"So, that's where it went..." Akira said. A smile came across his face. He never could play it well, not when he was young. The sounds he made from playing into it as a child sounded shrilly and rather loud. As if he didn't know what he was doing. Of course, he was ten at that time.
Bringing it to his mouth, the young male decided to play some tunes on it. Sure, he wasn't good, at least it would sound better than how he tried when he was a child.
Allot of memories flooded through his mind. So many memories. His past. His father and the times he and his sister had with them. Maybe it was a rather quiet moment. No one was around. Of course they weren't. It was really early in the morning.
Pulling the instrument away from his mouth, he stashed it inside his coat and gave a small sigh. Silence what was heard. Pure, blissful silence. At least he did not feel alone. He was never alone. He did have friends after all.

"Having a moment to yourself again, mate?"
Steve snuck up on the boy from behind, seemingly from out of nowhere. It appeared as though running into Akira was becoming quite the regular occurrence for him, though he honestly didn't mind. Despite the brief time that the two of them had spent together, he'd already begun to grow a rather deep liking towards the younger boy. He'd become like the little brother he'd never had but so desperately desired throughout his life.
Removing his tracksuit jacket, Steve wrapped it around his waist before taking a seat next to his companion, not wanting to wet the back of his trousers on the dampened grass. He'd already embarrassed himself enough lately without a wet backside adding to that list of achievements.
"I honestly can't blame ya. It's not often when you can just sit down and enjoy things for what they're worth..."
His gaze peered out into the distance, content and at peace with his surroundings. His attention however was suddenly caught by a small flicker in the corner of his eye.
"What's that you've got there?" He asked, casting a curious glance towards Akira's instrument.

Placing his hands behind his head, the young psychic gave a rather coy grin. Akira seemed rather relaxed and content. Content was the word of course. Nothing seemed to phase the male. Akira really liked his new friend. It was indeed, a brother figure type relationship. Crossing one leg over the other, let out a soft chuckle. He was indeed in a good mood and the weather was rather decent for a summer day.
"Ya mean this?" Akira asked. He let one arm droop as he picked up his harmonica. "My ol' friend gave this to me when I was young. I kept it. 'Guess I should make do wit' it? Maybe try to play a tune or somethin'?"
He have a rather relaxed sigh and placed his hands behind his head again. He seemed content for the moment and happier that his friend was around.
"What brings ya here on this day, Steve?" Akira asked.

"Oh, you know. Just having some time to myself. Though, it was a pleasant surprise to see you here."
He gifted Akira the faintest of a smile from the recess of his eye and leaned his arms back onto the grass behind him, watching the clouds roll by. It may not have been the most ideal weather to go for a venture, what with the heavens having recently opened upon the world, yet the boxer honestly didn't mind. He would gladly travel throughout the stormy teardrops so long as he was able to remain by his companion's side.
"If you know how to play that mate, I'd love to listen. Mind giving me a little tune?" He asked, enquiring about the harmonica once again.

Akira liked his newly fond friend. Steve was almost like an older brother to him. He placed his hands behind his head and gave a rather calming smile. Sure, Akira's friendly attitude could be taken fr grant it. He was pretty much a laid back fellow. Looking over atthe other, he pulled out the instrument.
"Ya sure? I could play ya a tune. Jus' relax yaself, K?"
