I sometimes play Star Trek Online, but upgrading to Windows 8.1 made that difficult. I'm not really a fan of the digital Skinner Boxes, though I do have fond memories of City of Heroes. Now that was a good game.
I've played and am always willingto play any mmo i love them when i get to play with friends. I've played everything from jmmorpg to mmo like wow and elder scrolls, also some non-traditional like eve and more. If you name it and it's a mmo ive played it at some point.
The last one I was super into was SWTOR, and I've been thinking about resubbing.
Yessss. Big fan of Lord of the Rings Online, and Furcadia, though that's more of a mmosg. I've played a lot- used to like Requiem: Memento Mori (at lower levels), Phantasy Star Online 2 (back when you could actually get on it in the US), and have kind of gotten into ArcheAge. I've tried Aion, Neverwinter, Perfect World back in the day, Forsaken World, DragonNest, Rift, Star Wars the Old Republic... and I've recently downloaded Defiance.
I've realized it’s hard for me to find a good mmo that sticks with me (also, I won't pay to play them!). The two constants I’ve been playing for years are Furcadia, and Lord of the Rings Online. I've bought expansions for Lotro, but they do their store reaaally well, so I barely had to pay anything for them.

On pc, Perfect World was my life for a while, but that's really it, I'm more of a console gamer, so I don't really play much aside from fps EXCEPT Neverwinter, and Elder Scrolls.
I'm currently into Final Fantasy 14 but have played WoW and have been thinking about resubbing. o:
OH! And ArchAge I have played before but they did something that mad me huffy and I haven't played since-- although it was beautiful and awesome ;A;

I run in SW:TOR, currently on European > The Progenitor server. Only MMO I've managed to stay attached to.

The eggheads dedicated to resuscitating City of Heroes hooked the game client up to an XMPP server and it is playable again. They're calling it Paragon Chat and you (or anyone else interested in superheroes) can log in, make costumes and roleplay! I'm there sometimes.
Ooh, thank you, Sland. I'll try to remember to check it out, soon. I don't have a real Internet connection from home at the moment, so it'll have to be tomorrow when I'm at my local library. Go eggheads!
I used to play MMOS but I mostly stick to console games now. I think my first was Perfect World, but I've also tried Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine, WoW, and less RPG types like Smite and LoL.
I've played Perfect World, War of the Immortals, Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine and now I'm playing Smite, which is a MOBA. Been wanting to try League of Legends though.
Is SMT: Imagine the same MMO as SMT Online was... eight years ago? I played that one in beta and it was cute, but was still so new that it didn't have much content. The F2P model kinda killed it for me, too. SWTOR's probably the only one I'll go back to aside from Furc. I still need to finish the other classes because omg storylines putting the RPG back in MMORPG.

Yes! It was still going through updates when I played it, but I've always loved the Atlus animation style.
The only real mmo i play is final fantasy 14, otherwise I dislike mmos in general because I play games to get away from people. Apart from furc of course. But final fantasy is one of the rare exceptions.

Guild Wars 2 for the win! High five!
Though... Being on the Sea of Sorroes server is tough in World Vs. World. We can hold our keep on a good day.
I'm not really into MMORPGs at the moment, but LOTRO has a really strong roleplaying community. Of course, the gameplay is meh, so yeah.
*Creeps in and whispers* ESO.... ESO.....
