Amii sighs "I got this for my sixth birthday from my parents...right before they died.." she mutters the last part, keeping her gaze lowered.

Pierson starts to say something but then stops and fiddles around with his hands before talking again. "I'm...I'm sorry to hear that."

He helps Amii up quickly and then walks over to Mitsuki. "Who's her? " He looks questioningly at Mitsuki

Amii sighs "Don't apologize...just hope that the person that killed them doesn't show up..." and with that she runs after Mary-Lynn and Enii.

"Huh?? Ah, um, prefer not to talk about it…" He looks away.

He nods but suspiciously eyes Mitsuki for a few seconds. He then walks over to Amii "Once it starts getting dark, we should probably stop and camp out until sunrise."

He looks up at the slowly darkening sky then back at his comrades to see what they think.

Amii shrugs "Okay." she turns to see Enni and Mary-Lynn talking to each other, not paying attention to anything else "I'm assuming those two won't care."

"Ok good, Then we can just stay here for the night." I motioned to the right of the pathway where only trees were visible. "I'm sure a little way into the woods there will be a clearing." I started walking off the path and into the woods.

Amii motions for her two friends to follow and follows quietly.

Mary-Lynn sighs at Enni and follows quietly

Pierson finally finds a nice clearing and smiles inwardly. "Ok, you girls stay here and I'm going to go look for some sort of fire starter, ok?" He looks up at the slowly dropping sun.

(prepare for a really long post X3)

Pierson walked off after making sure everything was in order and he went into the woods. Pierce still had a small amount of day light left and he was going to see if he could get fire wood or some sort of kindling. It gets pretty cold at night and he didn't want the girls to freeze even though he wouldn't admit it.

Around an hour later he noticed something and He sighed. “Where the heck am I…?” He looked around and everything looked exactly the same. This is just great…wonderful…

The sun had gone down officially and the only source of light was from the moon that barely peeked through the thick overhead canopy of leaves.

“I might as well try to back-track, even though that will be nearly impossible in this light” he mumbled, Pierson pulled his hood up to keep as warm as possible and then heard something that couldn't have come at a worse time.

A low growl followed by howling. He took out his switch blade and cautiously walked through the woods. Pierson stopped in his tracks when straight ahead he saw a thing that possessed two gleaming eyes, then more and more and more.

He rolled his eyes and mumbled something before one of the creatures howled and the others also did in response. Pierson was forced to run and he turned away from the creatures and bolted. He couldn't see anything due to the lighting but he tried his best. His knife still out and in his hand just incase.

All the sudden he got tackled by something that weighed 3x the amount that he did and it knocked the wind out of him. He frantically turned around to his best ability but he felt the ground start to….to fall? His whole lower half had fallen down but he had grabbed onto the edge with one of his hands (the other still clutching his knife) leaving him hanging from who knows how high up. He felt a horrible sharp sensation drag down his leg causing him to bite his lip in pain. The heavy weight that was hanging onto his leg, let go and he heard a loud yelp.

That thing must have been hanging onto me…and it fell. That sounded pretty far down.


He instantly snapped out of his thoughts when his hand began to slip. “No, no no no no no” He grimaced, it was to late. His hand had slipped and he went plummeting down into the dark hole.
He landed with a dull thud and his head went spinning. He peered up only to see the moonlight fade in and out of his vision, His adrenaline wore off pretty quickly and he felt a warm liquid drip down his stomach area. He felt incredibly dizzy and he could barely move but he felt his hand over to the painful spot and he felt the hilt of his knife sticking out of his stomach and thats when he blacked out.

Mitsuki just sat under a small tree, wearing a worried look. "Where's Pierce? He should've come back by now…" He had heard the howlings of the Wolves, which had made him grow more and more worried.

Amii shrugs "I can go look if you'd like." she then stretches, exposing a pair of sparkly red wings on her back.
