Alkilai entered the sewers just after Etharon, he was completely unsuspecting of the dark elf mage until Etharon had caught him trying to trap them all. Alkilai for one was shocked, he couldn't believe that one of his "brothers" would do such a thing, who knows what he was planning to do once he separated the group, but truth be told the boy was always strange, and had a tendency to hold grudges in their youth.

"What the hell Simon, is this about what happened at the bar... don't tell me, you were planning on killing us over it?" Alkilai interrogated, his fists tightening in anger and disgust, first one of their marry band is a no show, and now another is planning on stabbing them in the back, was he the only one taking Atlas's words to heart, because so far they were doing a pretty shoddy job of "sticking together".

Stealth Check

@Simon- Being the first one down, a dagger of ice forms around your elemental wand and and you begin cutting through the metal bars of the sewer ladder. Not even halfway through the metal Etharon reaches the bottom and pushes you off the bars, what do you do now that you have a gun to your back.
Stealth: 2

@Etharon- Being a rogue you are pretty sure that Simon's attitude won't stop. Your first thought is to just shoot him, your brothers witnessed his horrid action so they may understand. But second thought why get the blood on your hands, if you do decide to shoot roll 1D20+Dex and you need to get an 8 or above to hit Simon.
Stealth: 6

@Alkilai- Your anger is swelling, Simon has one more chance in your opinion. You were watching the news while Elo was working on your hand, twenty minutes after he left the bar yesterday the orphanage caught fire, then he tries to trap everyone down here together, he has one more chance, next time your fist just might break his face. ((Your the only one being relatively quiet, but will your friends give your groups position away?))
Stealth: 14

@Toffi- After suggesting your ideas your groups seems to have Simon in the front at gun point as a "meat Sheild" Etharon second then you and Al close behind. But it may be a good idea to take his Wand... Just saying, you trust Simon the least of the group even after everything he has done but your anger is the least visible on the outside.
Stealth: 6
Lord Arken (played anonymously)

Etharon pushes Simon forward by shoving his blaster into the Drow's spine. "Walk!" Etharon listened around the cave as he pushed the Drow through the tunnels of the sewer, "if you even flinch the wrong way I swear I'll put you in a wheele chair Simon." Turning a corner then another, trying to follow the footsteps from before Etharon arrived infront of the giant dead croc's body and behind him... The Vault. "Check the door Simon, should a trap go off its not like an ally gets hurt." Keeping his trained gun pointed at Simon's spine, if he moves too quickly or tries to cast a spell at all... Etharon will fire!

((DM: Hair Trigger, will fire at Simon's spine if he tries anything at all...))
Alkilai was still steaming at Simon for his betrayal, but as stated before Alkilai took Atlas' words to heart and so, if anything, decided to give the Drow one last chance, of course that doesn't mean he was at all opposed to the blaster placed on Simon's back. As they walked through the sewer Alkilai couldn't help but feel like he was the only one even trying to be quiet, though perhaps the shock of the current situation has caused his companions to forgo stealth in favor of alertness, should Simon try anything else. Once they finally made it to The Vault, Alkilai turned towards one of the other passageways, dropping into a defensive stance ready to fight off any oncoming threats, trusting Etharon to watch over Simon.
Christofer kept his eyes and ears open incase of an ambush. If someone or more likely something were to attack them, he would probably accidentally throw Simon's wand at them if he was taken by surprise. Being cautious though, like Alkilai, the boy didn't feel like making Simon any more 'useless' than the meat shield he was now. Maybe, Maybe they could prove their good will if something were to happen

Out of the shadows rushes three Scaven! These half Rat mutants are the dark and twisted ancestors of the once people Halfling people but after the world advanced forward with a burst of technological ferocity the small race was left behind having no other option but to hide underground growing insane and adapting to the ways of the sewer rat! The three Scaven were each armed, one with a crossbow, and two with broken piping being used as long swords or staffs of some sort! One missing an eye raced towards Simon, one muscular one raced towards Etharon but Alkilai stood in his way, and the crossbow weilder stuck to the shadows firing a shot at Toffi!

((Scaven AC is 8.))

Etharon's hate for Simon was not Strong enough to let him get eaten by these wicked Rat men, sighing as he moved his Blaster away from Simon and fired a blast at the Scaven he held his breathe! "Don't move Simon or I may just blast your head off your shoulders!"

I grinned as he left me alone. I focused all the emotion, energy, and hope I could into a Raise Zombie spell. My voice was so low when I began to give it commands, only the zombie heard me. If you can, kill those rats... but your main target should be Etahron. "Don't worry guys, I've got your back!" I shouted as the zombie marched forth.

The situation broke out rather rapidly. One didn't have much time to even react. Christofer could sence that they were being followed and they had eyes staring them down, but it wasn't enough for when he noted the disturbance he was already targeted by one of the stalkers. He didn't have much time, but the boy made an attempt on firing back at the crossbow user

Hoping to be of some help

All of a sudden, three Scaven hop out of the shadows, completely undetected by Alkilai. One of the grotesque creatures, the most heavy built, lunged at Etharon at great speed, so much so that Alkilai had no time to put up a proper guard, all he could do was stand in its way and take the hit. He was hit with a rather powerful blow, it may have knocked the wind out of him if he hadn't had been breathing properly, as per his boxing training. Alkilai wasted no time retaliating, taking a step back from the rat for some proper distance and throwing a punch to its face.

Punch to Scaven's face

Dungeon Master (played anonymously) Topic Starter

@Simon- Pulling all your magic out of your reserves as possible you focus your energy into the giant Cric that had fallen just over a day ago in this same sewer tunnel. The creatures eyes widen but you feel as though your life force has been sucked out and placed temperarially (-2 AC). The giant croc begins to stand and looks as you point to it's Lizarian target, he growls and swipes a claw at Etharon!

@Etharon- The Scaven you shot drops to the ground, still alive but struggling to stand. In a language you don't recegnize it seems to be frantically yelling something to it's comrades. What do you do? Especially now that the giant Croc is trying to slash at you!

@Alkilai- As you swing your fist at the Scaven the muscular little rat raises an arm to block! You bruise the Scaven's arm but the face punch you were attempting was blocked. The rat takes its pipe sword and swings once again!

@Toffi- Feeling a crossbow bolt in your shoulder you pull up your Pulse Rifle and shoot wide blasting some brick off the wall. Turning slightly you see what Simon has done, he is I fact trying to kill you all! The Scaven your fighting turns and begins to flee, do you chase invade he is getting more Scaven or deal with Simon and the impending doom of your friends???

I turn to Toffi.
"I summoned an ally o protect you guys." I chirped cheerfully, regarding the zombie. "And my apologies, sir, but I would like to have my wand back to fend off the Scaven."

(I'm nost sure if I'm allowed to do this, but here's what happens depending on what Toffi says:)

If he gives me my wand:

I thank him before my wand encases in ice and slams on the ground, freezing the fleeing Scaven. My wand is taken up in a small ember, which I use to roast the Scaven, getting some fresh meat and protecting myself and my brothers from the Scaven.

If He Refuses:
"Nothing personal" I say as grind my sharp, long shoe into Toffi's foot, soliciting a yelp of pain. As he tries to calm the hurting, I snatch the wand. I notice him trying to grab it back, so I knock him in the head with a lightning encased wand, knocking him through the hole he had creates, causing him to see stars and knocking him out. Noticing no one saw what happened as they were too concentrated on fighting the Scaven. I run up to Alkalai and asked him of he could take a second and try to help Toffi, as a Scaven jumped out of nowhere and knocked him down and left him there, going deeper into the tunnels,
Lord Arken (played anonymously)

As Simon is on the ground unable to stand and try to get Toffi's attention ((who is still on the opposite side of the tunnel I believe)) Etharon fires a shot at Simon! "Toffi keep the wand away from him!" Etharon yelled, dodging out of the way of the giant Croc just in time! "He tried to kill us before, he is trying it again, don't believe his lies!" Etharon figured, killing Simon or at least knocking him out would break the magical connection and return the undead monster to the after life once more! And as the fire shot ignited Simon's clothing Etharon smiled, "Al keep the Scaven off me, Toffi keep the wand from Simon... We've got to finish him now once and for all!"

Shot at Simon, I believe a 6 hits now?

As soon as the punch was blocked Alkilai took a step back to avoid the retaliation that was sure to come, and as he predicted he Scaven swung his pipe at him, though it completely missed. It was just then that Alkilai realized what was happening with Etharon and Simon, he couldn't believe that he was still trying to kill them, that was the last straw.

"Right, got it!" Alkilai replied to Etharon's order, his fists tightening in anger with a scowl appearing on his face. 'Sorry Atlas, but that psycho is no bother of ours.' He thought to himself as the threw another punch at the Scaven before him.

Punch to Scaven's face

Christofer would attempt on shooting at the crossbow wielder once more before turning to Simon - if the enemy would get away, he'd send Simon, unarmed and tied up, after the fleeing creature and have the meatshield deal with the thread.

"You seem to be doing well enough causing harm even without the wand. I'm not giving it to you."
The boy knew Simon all too well. They were one quick blooded hasty litte meanie, of course they'd try lashing out at him. Toffi would dodge, and in case on any punches targetted to him, he'd hit him back and so he did and bit down on Simon's arm. If he was going to try attempt something, the boy was going to take the trickster down with him.
"I know your tricks. You aren't going to get anything to go anywhere if you keep this up." He wasn't attempting on ripping the arm off by any means, but it should be noted that through all their life, Toffi had been the one of the two to have the sharpest teeth. And Simon had probably gotten a little bit of a 'taste' of them years ago, having angered Christofer enough for the boy to retaliate.

"If you have a brain, you'd better start using it in Our advantage!" The boy would attempt to keep Simon from causing further harm. "Unless it's dead you want. We can surely get that to you and you can go do that to yourself but you are Not dragging any of us along with you."

Etharon was sure to have his back on the situation though, not letting Simon cause much harm to the team in the end

@Simon- Your well formed plans crumble as a burst of fire burns through your torso and you are lit a blaze with searing flames! Toffi begins speaking something in your direction but the burning consumes your mind. The human runs over and attempts to bite you but you slap him away, he has your wand, this may be your only chance of even getting out of here alive!
((You will need to roll two 1D20's *the first roll is a "concentration check" 1D20+4 if you get 1-10 your zombie passes out 10-17 you lose control of the zombie, 18-24 it is still under your control!
*The second roll is a "Sleight of Hand Roll" 1D20+2 if you get above an 11 then you get your wand back!))

@Etharon- Your attack succeeded and but the giant croc is still attacking! However this time the giant zombie croc is attacking Toffi, the threat closest to it's master! What do you do?

@Alkilai- The Scaven Brute blocks another hit and goes to punch you again, and the Scaven with the crossbow has now turned and is firing a shot at you to assist his kin, hoping to all get away from the giant croc together...

@Toffi- You landed a shot to the crossbow Scaven but he is still alive, with no regard for that or what Etharon said you rush towards Simon and try to bite him! You get slapped away from the flaming Drow and turn in horror as the giant zombie croc slashes toward you! It's only half as strong and half as fast but an attack from this guy would seriously hurt!

With Toffi just attacked by the monster and in a scuffle with Simon, Etharon closes his eyes then opening them again aiming carefully he sighed. "I can't shoot at Simon without the risk of hitting Toffi..." Aiming the pistol back he squeezed the trigger towards the crossbow wielding Scaven, not really caring whether he hit or not he turned back and searched desperately for an opportunity to finish Simon without damaging Toffi, "get away from Simon Toffi!!!"

Alkilai growled in annoyance as his punch was blocked once again, but he easily blocked the retaliation hit, knocking the fist away giving him a clear shot at the Scaven. However, hearing the faint click of a crossbow, Alkilai instinctively stepped to the side, evading an arrow from one of the other Scaven. Assured that it would take a while for the Scaven to take another shot at him, he turned his attention back to the Scaven, throwing yet another punch at it.
