Relic Earth-Breaker (played anonymously)

The southern Kingdom of Loqwood is filled with mountains and forests, run by the Royal dwarvish families of Tall Stone City it is relatively peaceful other then the growing attacks from the Orc Strongholds from the east in Black Rock... With these attacks growing more and more frequent, the dwarvish, gnomish, and Halfling villages began hiring outsiders to take out the Orc Camps that have been growing more and more common in Loqwood! But one has to wonder, why are the Orcs leaving their lands and fleeing here...?

But where we begin today is in a large village in the south west part of Loqwood called Blue Port. Map wise Tall Stone is to the North East, the Orcs have mainly set up camps in the south east and we are in the south west. The East part of the kingdom is mainly mountains and the west part is thick forests, but where our story begins is where most stories begin... In a tavern!

Traveling in from the kingdom over to the west, Relic Stone-Breaker is very intelligent when it comes to shapes and colors. He tries his best to be a hero but the nine foot five goliath's muscle are often taken advantage of because of his lack of "brain smarts". He only knows five letters in the common language and they are the five letters in his own name, but he always has good intentions. Now he is three or four tankards drinks in, filled with some Apple Ale.

Relic turns to look at the elf looking figure who is oddly his size, "haven't seen another Goliath in years, have a drink friend!"
Christofer was very scared of tavers and drinking places alike. He cringed at the sight of an empty dark town with nothing but the tavern open over on this side of the town. The boy sighed. Seemingly he had no other choice and so he made his way to the building

Opening the door a little bit, the boy slowly got in and made his way to the 'seemingly owner of the place'

"... Excuse me..? Where am I?" he asked, rather quietly, trying to not attract too many eyes...

The town of Blue Port was normally filled with people, but since it was later in the evening the town was quiet except for the tavern which was very loud and noisy. Towards the edge of the town brutish green figures move from house to house in Blue Port, small screams get muffled as the noises move closer to the Tavern, "The Thirsty Ogre."

Relic turns to the ranger as he walks in, "more the married!" He says meaning to say more the marrier, as is the common fraise.

Aridot blinked at the surprisingly jovial welcome he received from another visitor to the bar. His usual gentle grin arose and he took a seat at the same table. "Well, I'm not so much of a Goliath, but I think I will join you~" he said, waving one of the waitresses over and handing her some coins.

Hearing the other tall man greet a small fellow who'd entered the bar, the wizard settled back and waved to the ranger in a friendly fashion. "A somewhat out of the way bar, I'd think, young man. Come join us, it's all right."

The town is eerily silent now as the Orcs finish off the last of the people and make their way to the tavern... Meanwhile Relic has a fifth drink and lays down the wrong amount of coin for the other two to get a drink, "drinks all around!!!"
Someone seemingly mentioning him startled the boy. He did Not want that kind of attention and he was getting more and more nervous at every passing minute...
He pulled hood tighter over his head and took a bit more of a protecting stance. The 'bar tender' of the tavern didn't really seem to notice him or pay attention to his question, but appearently they could sure notice him just to toss him something to drink as the tall being had ordered so. Christofer wasn't going to drink it though, by any means, for all he knew it could have been poison.
Aridot (played by corbeaubird)

Aridot muffled a small chuckle into his scarf, accepting the drink that Relic had ordered and tossing back a few gulps. "Goodness, this is quite a rowdy evening! Perhaps you wouldn't mind if I created some more entertainment?" Lifting his staff, he tapped the edge to the beer barrel nearest him, and immediately it jumped into the air. Bobbing along, it was soon joined by a few others, which bounced in the air, refilling cups as needed.

He turned to the boy and blinked down at him. Most people were rather small fellows in comparison to himself, and he was curious about any and all of them. "Well, my drinking companions," said he (he extended the title even to the boy though he seemed wary to take a sip. "Might I ask your names?"

Relic stood, lumbering only two inches taller then this 9'3" figure, "I'm Relic Stone-Breaker!" Reaching out he gripped the very tall elves hand nearly breaking it he turned to the boy who was trying to be in stealth, "DRINK THE ALE LITTLE ONE!" Relic boomed, destroying any cover that the boy may be trying to cloak himself in. As they spoke the Orcs surrounded the tavern readying for the attack on the last of the village.

How many Orcs???

"-!!!!!" Christofer was rather startled by the shouting. Contradictory to what shouting usually caused at a tavern - mostly happy medley with a lot of drinking and perhaps singing too - the boy backed away from the drink, pushing it over to someone else who would gladly drink it for him.

Coming to the place wasn't all that smart idea anymore and he regretted it. He should just get out and find a sleeping place....
Aridot (played by corbeaubird)

Aridot winced at the goliath's strong grip on his hand, but only hid another smile by taking a swig before slamming the mug down in his other hand. "Ahh, I must say it's been some time since I've had something like this," he said brightly, brushing a strand of rose-gold hair behind his ear.

One pointed ear twitched when he heard or rather sensed a dangerous presence outside. "Oh dear. It seems there may be some surly visitors showing up in a few moments." He reached for his staff.

As Toffi opens the door to leave an Orc standing right out side yells an insult in Orcish and grabs Toffi throwing him into the nearest table! An Orc enters from behind the bartender planting a dagger in his back, two more jump in through windows, and behind the head Orc who threw Toffi, are two more. These two has crossbows where the rest had hand axes... Two with crossbows, three with hand Axes, and the big one had a great sword, "THAT BE MINE!" Relic yells as he pulls out his great sword charging the Orc Captain!

Suddenly and very unexpetedly another voice can be heard, but it's different from the orcs. It isn't rough and dark. It is light and.. it's female? You can hear the sound of a blade swinging through the air. Sounds heavy. Shortly after that a beautiful woman stumbles in the tavern. She's average-height with long golden hair, she wears armor, a blue cape and headdress with wings on the sides. She's a Valkyrie. She quickly notices them in front of her. "Gentlemen.." She says politely, while punching an orc trying to attack her, in the face with her fist completely without looking at him. She pulls of her cape and prepares herself for another attack. She swirls the blade through the air. It's beautiful, large and ornamented with sapphire, silver and gold. It's amazing that she can even carry it.

The Orc Captain attacks Relic, swinging his great sword Relic's armor may be just enough to stop the attack! It a blind fit of Rage, the Goliath swings his Axe downward in a hope to kill the Orc Captain and move on to the next target!

((Armor: When you are attacked, you get armor, mages and monks have "natural armor" -2 to incoming attacks, thieves and rangers have light armor, -4 to incoming attacks, barbarians and fighters have medium armor -6 to incoming attacks, and heavy armor is worn by Knights and Paladins giving them -8 to all attacks incoming!))

((Hitting a Target: your first attack is a 1D20+Str, 1D20+Dex, or 1D20+Int, depending on whether you fight with a blade, a bow, or a bad ass spell. After you hit for the first time, (meaning roll a 10-18) you get to add that number to your next roll and will hopefully kill your for with a second attack now that they are weak! Should you roll a 19 or higher your target dies!))

((Your own Death- If a foe hits you twice (it is impossible for an enemy to one shot you,) and the target kills you, you are not dead, just unconscious!))

((Boss Fights: Relic is fighting an Orc Captain, not an Orc like the rest of you! The Orc Captain is a minor Boss meaning instead of a 19 or a 20 to kill him, Relic needs to get a 25+ to kill the Orc Captain! I will personally announce when we fight an Orc Captain, Umber Hulk, Dragon, or at the end Orcish War Cheif!))

((Having Fun: "You betta, oar Relic is gonna hit you wiff his Axe next." :)))

Relic's Great Axe!!!

Christofer was definitely in the wrong Place at the worst possible time.

He lets out a pained whine as he hits the table, probably getting himself even more looks than nessessary.. The table itself didn't break but at least half of the things on it were thrown on the floor because of the impact.

The boy was hurt... The hit would cause a bit more than just a regular old bruise, or at least the size of it would be tripled.
Being as small compared to the others as he was, he wouldn't probably be able to do a lot in this 'bar fight' or 'tavern tournament' and instead made his way somewhere near the counter, hiding a bit so that he'd get a better hold of what was coming

Aridot's eyes widen and he takes a step toward the poor boy. "Oh dear. Are you alright?" Easily lifting the boy, he sets him upright out of harm's way. "Well, we've certainly stumbled in at the wrong time, haven't we?" He turns to Relic and the valkyrie. "Let's be careful, you two! It seems the young one here isn't as rough-and-tumble as we are." With this, he passes a small leaf to Toffi. "Eat that if you'd like. It's just a painkiller, I promise. You don't have to though."

Stepping away, he slams the large metal piece on his staff against an orc's head, resulting in a dark bruise. Hopping back a bit, he rebounds with a kick to its chest. Orcs were durable, but hopefully it would take it's pain and run.

Relic charges at an Orc near by, swinging his axe he... (EDIT:) Slices into the Orcs arm, dis-ARMing it. Relic chuckles a bit at his own humor but doesn't see the Orcs other arm swing upward and punch the Goliath in the face!

1-9 Miss, 10-18 Hit, 19+ Insta Kill!

Although he might not have been able to show his gratitude, the boy for once appreciated being noticed. He looked up at the other person, wanting to partly curl up and go to a better place... But there wasn't really a good way out of the place

As the other one offered him a leaf, he tilted his head at it. They seemed trustable enough - hopefully.

"There is a way to find out.." the boy said, referring to the fact that his body reacted to medicine a big differently... Ignoring the risks, he ate the leaf, crossing his fingers and hoping that it was mild

The boy couldn't let the others deal with the Orcs alone; he felt that he had to do something. He got up, took his bow and grabbed an arrow and readied to shoot. He was attempting on blinding at least one of them. He wouldn't kill just yet...

rolled 1d20 and got 20
1-9 miss / 10-18 hits one eye / 19-20 swift enough to completelly blind the orch
