Amelia (played by booksarebae)

Amelia was dizzy from the blow, and just decided to sit in the corner, silently trying to figure out why her Time Travel wasn't working. "Good frokina, the universe is cruel." She mumbles to herself.
Benjamin (played by lasagnalover9)

I coughed in Andalite's face. "Sorry about that. I haven't been feeling well lately..." I explained.
Andalites (played by ThatAndalite)

The andalite freaked out and repeatedly rubbed his face off, closing his almond main eyes.

All the while, Henry the Man-Snake had been floating exactly where he had appeared earlier. He swayed back and forth slightly, tail curling, uncurling, great, warm eyes staring off into a universe more vast and glorious than any mortal mind could comprehend.
Swirling galaxies of shimmering silvers and golds, stars that gleamed with the brightness of love and peace.
Planets orbited their suns, ever circling, ticking away the infinite clockwork that was Everything, the small parts and pieces of the grand scheme.
Eons passed, the ebb and flow of time and space, the waters of life, the tides of change.
Henry's eyes glowed. They glowed and they stared, wide, and Henry did nothing.

Things began happening. How could this be? Where was he? Did he know?

It was a featureless, white room. Was it somewhere, or nowhere? Did it matter?

There were others. A blue one. A female with orange hair. A high-school aged boy.

Why was there such discord? Henry did not like that. The blue one was upset. The red one was upset. It seemed to be at the fault of the human male. Why was he doing that? This was not okay.

So Henry decided that he'd had enough. After doing nothing for all that time, just floating, staring, practically fading into obscurity among the sudden chaos, Henry moved.

He floated lazily, to the left - whichever direction /that/ was. He did not appear to be moving, yet his position relative to the others and to the room around him did change. It did not look like he was swimming through the air, only as though he were a stationary, animated object that was making its way...to the kitchen.

Henry floated into the kitchen, where he disappeared behind a wall.

He would be there for a small period of time, perhaps long enough for a few more things to happen.

But then he returned. When he did, there was a table. A rustic, wooden dining table, with checkered red place-mats and matching chairs with comfortable cushions on the seats. Atop the table was a warm, steaming cherry pie, and a stack of plates with included silverware.

Henry lowered himself to float slightly above the chair at the head of the table.

Then he did nothing. He only watched to see what the others would do.
Andalites (played by ThatAndalite)

Ygurt noticed the floating thing disappear into the wall, only to return with a table full of.. what was that? It smelled weird, but the andalite was intrigued. He stepped over to the table, and stood there (for andalites cannot sit) and examined the scene. Were those.. discs? No, they were things to eat with.. human things to eat with. But Ygurt couldn't eat like a human. And he certainly couldn't do it in this room, where there was no grass. Noting this, the andalite looked to the Man-Snake with wide main eyes. <How am I supposed to consume this? I do not have a mouth..> he privately asked the Man-Snake.

Henry did nothing.

He stared at the Andalite with those huge, slightly unnerving eyes.

He did not speak, nor did he project words into the mind of the Andalite. Instead, he projected an idea. A concept. An abstract thought. Virtually indescribable, but vaguely reminiscent of an emotion with meaning?

No, that was overthinking things. Henry just floated and stared.

No, no! It wasn't overthinking things. The projection was warm, with distant implications of friendliness and peace of mind.
Or...maybe that was still overthinking things.

Nevertheless, had the grass always been there?

Had the table and chairs previously been standing atop a small field of lush, tall, green grass? Had that always been there?

Maybe.

It was significantly difficult to determine.
Benjamin (played by lasagnalover9)

I walk over to Henry and give him a hug because free-hug-friay

Henry wrapped his tail around Simon, patting him lightly on the back as he did so.

Again, where words were not spoken nor projected, the idea of what he was implying was clear.

Henry was glad that Simon had calmed down. There was no need for all this violence. A slight turn of Henry's body-head in the direction of the girl, however, indicated that he still believed she could use an apology.

Nobody likes to be smashed in the face with a skateboard, said Henry. (Not literally, of course) And delicious pie can only be shared among peaceful life, all of whom have no quarrels with each other.

Oh, and the grass tasted like cherry pie. Delicious cherry pie.
Amelia (played by booksarebae)

Eventually Amelia decided that if she was to get out of here, she'd have to start problem solving. She walked up to the Worm like creature, fiddling with her coat. "Excuse me, sir? Or ma'am. Or whatever your perfered pronouns are, do you know where we are? And why my Time Travel isn't working?" She asked politley. Sure, she was in an odd situation, but there was no need to be rude.

Henry did nothing.

His body-head stayed turned in Amelia's direction, his great eyes stared at her, relentlessly. It was largely up to her to decide what it meant. Entirely up to interpretation.
But still, Henry conveyed a message.

Sit, said Henry. Enjoy the pie. It is delicious cherry pie.
No need to discuss business over an empty stomach.
A slight tilt of is body-head in the direction of one of the chairs implied that he wanted Amelia to sit.

He turned back to Simon, implying the same.
One of the chairs disappeared, making room for the Andalite.

Once everyone was situated at the table, he began cutting the pie. Not literally, of course. Rather, there were plates with slices of pie on them in front of Simon and Amelia. Had they always been there? It seemed so, yet somehow they knew that it had been Henry.

Or had it?

Henry also cut himself a slice of pie, though it would merel sit on the plate in front of him, as he did not have a mouth.

My name is Henry, said Henry. (But not in words, spoken or otherwise) Henry the Man-Snake.
I like cherry pie. Don't you? Asked Henry. apparently avoiding her questions. It was simply impossible for Henry to come off as rude, however - though his projections of ideas and intentions were only as strong as the observer allowed them to be. If they refused to see, then it would be up to them to interpret what Henry was doing or saying, or implying.

We will eat pie, said Henry. And it will be delicious. Delicious cherry pie.
Amelia (played by booksarebae)

Amelia decided she had an infinite amount of time, so why not spend some of it eating pie? And cherry, at that. She'd never had cheery pie, so she was excited to try some.

She sat at the table, taking a hesitant bite of cherry pie. "This is so good!!!" She exclaimed, taking excited bites.
Donnie (played by Batgeek)

Donnie came in on his flying purple beaver wielding a Green Lantern ring on one hand and a packet of Doritos in the other, he was wearing a baseball cap with an Autobot symbol and sunglasses that said 'Property of Neo' on them. He wore a necklace of Captain America's shield and wore a shirt that said 'Straight Outta Krypton!' he had black shorts with a Batman belt buckle and trainers with the design of the Latverian flag, he yelled out to everyone ''I AM YOUR CAPTAIN NOW!''
(If i did it wrong just tell me)
Andalites (played by ThatAndalite)

The andalite stood at the table, and opened his hooves to the grass he suddenly realized was there. It tasted.. delicious! Unlike anything he'd ever had before! Enjoying the grass, Ygurt looked toward Henry with his main eyes, of which seemed to be smiling in some odd way that couldn't be described.

<Thank you for the grass, I suppose, Henry?> he said via thoughtspeech, directed at the Man-Snake but open for all to hear.

(No wrong answers!)

Henry did nothing.

Hello, Captain Donnie, said Henry. (Not with words of course, but with ideas.)
Would you like some pie?
I am glad you enjoy the pie, Amelia.

Another place at the table had been set, and a slice of warm, delicious cherry pie had been cut and placed upon the plate.

Henry appeared to be totally unphased by...well..anything.

In the background, a large, blueish bird-like creature was walking about, pecking lazily at the pie-flavored grass. It had five wings, with four on the side, and one sprouting out of its forehead and serving no logical purpose. The beak was long and curved like a kiwibird, and the eyes jutted out to either side on long stalks. It stood some eight feet tall, and it cooed lightly as Captain Donnie entered. Looking up for a moment, before returning to pecking at the grass.
It also appeared to have a scorpion tail, but instead of a stinger or venom sac on the end, there was a large, fluffy feather.
When the bird opened its long, scimitar beak, it appeared to have omnivorous teeth.

No need to thank me, Ygurt, said Henry. But I am glad you enjoy the grass anyway.

How passive this 'Henry' creature seemed to be! Passive and so very contented.
Andalites (played by ThatAndalite)

Ygurt also noticed the bird. <Er.. what is that?!> he asked, looking at it with one eyestalk. <It looks like.. a mutant..>
Amelia (played by booksarebae)

Amelia had barley noticed the bird, to busy eating her delicious pie. She did look at it, though, after Ygurt mentioned it. "Yeah, what is that? Is it friendly?" She asked. For some unknown reason she really wanted to befriend it. It looked very interesting, and in all her years of Time Travel, she'd never seen anything like it.

That, said Henry, is a MAJESTIC COMMON CANARY. Pretty, isn't she?
Common canaries are very friendly. Their diet consists almost entirely of pie-favored grass. Cherry, to be specific.

Henry did seem to know his common aviary fauna.

Some ancient cultures, continued Henry, use them as mounts - but one must be very kind to a common canary in order to retain access to riding ability. They are sensitive and delicate creatures, mentally.

Physically they are virtually indestructible, however it is not nice to go testing this.

As Henry made this information known, the common canary skeezed toward the kitchen, where it took to pecking lightly at the fashionable, yellow and white tiling that made up the floor there. Then it turned to the table, and skuzzled its way toward it, at last coming to sit itself down next to the Andalite, and tap him affectionately on the head with the long, scimitar beak. She was very gentle.

Ah, glad of you to join us, said Henry, producing a plate of pie for the common canary. She eyed it suspiciously, leaning in eyestalks for a better explanation of the stuff that smelled like grass but looked like innards.
Andalites (played by ThatAndalite)

The andalite flinched as he was tapped on the head by the majestic common canary, not sure what to think of her. But at the mention of it eating almost only pie-flavored grass, he calmed down. That was a relief - they were herbivores, not carnivores!

Looking to the table, Ygurt smiled once again with his almond-shaped eyes. <Ah, I forgot to introduce myself,> he said to everyone. <I am Ygurt-Kidutts-Selacs, an andalite aristh.>
Amelia (played by booksarebae)

(Awesome drawing!)

Amelia smiled as the bird like creature patted the blue centaur on the head, chuckling slightly. "Aw, she likes you!" She said with a grin. She truly thought the Canary was beautiful, but wondered where in the world they lived? She'd never seen one before, and she'd been to a lot of places.

"Hello, Ygurt." Amelia said, tipping her hat in his direction. "My names Amelia. Nice to meet you all." She said, taking another bite of her almost-finished cherry pie.
Donnie (played by Batgeek)

Donnie used his telekinetic powers to bring the pie to him, he ate it in one bite, 'This meal satisfies me, I will surely recommend it the cooks of my home planet of Agrabah, the only thing they prepare there are monkeys and 'diamonds in the rouge' if you know what I mean.' he said with a little wink, 'Now if you will excuse me I have a wolf to slay to save three little piggies, apparently it blew their houses down.' He tapped his beaver on the back twice and pointed at a direction, 'MUSH PUFFLING!' and the beaver yelled out in a deep tone 'THIS IS SPARTA!' before farting out liquorice which propelled them into the sky.
