"Yeah, no kidding," he admitted. The glow from the last moment quickly slipped, he noticed as he yawned after her, and then thought back to that comment. He sighed, "Fine. Okay. I won't argue." He was too tired to argue during this time of hour. Quinn went to the corner of the main room, just in case if there were any more intruders later in the future. He simply laid himself against the wall, "Goodnight."
They would have to move by the time the next morning comes.
They would have to move by the time the next morning comes.
She frowned, then shook her head. "Goodnight, Feign." She said, going into the office. She looked at the mattress on the ground, and then propped the door open. She sighed, going over to the mattress and lying down, making a small noise at the pain that shot through her side when she did. "Fff.. This sucks." She muttered, closing her eyes and attempting to fall asleep.
"Mhhn... Five more minuttesss.." She complained, keeping her eyes shut. "I don't wanna get up.. Bed is comfy..."
"Don't make me come in here, you..." He teased the knob a little, creating the sound to get the girl to get up. He frowned. "Please don't forget about the bodies. Other people will come and wander here," he reminded her, "We'll get into all sorts of trouble if we don't start moving now." It's better safe then sorry.
"****, fine.." She whined, getting out of bed. She went over to the door, and threw it open, still muttering complaints. "I guess that means we're gonna take off, then?" She asked, arching an eyebrow. She fussed with her hair as she asked that, making sure she didn't have bedhead, and fixing her clips.
He didn't really care much about the hair. It looked just fine to him. He nodded. There wasn't honestly much to bring along besides the bag, the market was deserted anyway. Wait. "Bree, can you hand me one of your bandages?" The mark on his arm.
"Hm? Oh, sure, hold on." She grabbed her bag, and grabbed the bandages out of it, looking at his arm. "You're gonna wrap this up, right? I can do it for you, if you want. It'll be hard to do with one hand." She offered.
He smiled at the offer, "I appreciate that." He handed his arm out to her, "Thank you."
She nodded at him, gently grabbing his arm and wrapping the bandages around the mark. ".. You know, this isn't the first time I've done this." She whispered, a soft sigh escaping her mouth.
"You sure had it tough," he said quietly as he watched the bandages were being done. After that was done, he took the arm back, and felt his hand around where the mark used to be. He then nodded at the girl, telling her that he was ready to go.
Quinn scanned the room once more, and then looked towards the front door where the two motionless bodies sat. He noted to himself that it wasn't a good idea to come out of the front openly and then simply leave. He was especially cautious about the footsteps, and he wouldn't allow that to happen.
(("that's rough buddy"))

"...That.. That's not what I meant, Quinn.. I meant.. Nevermind. We need to leave." She slung her backpack over her shoulder, and scanned the area. "Back entrance?" She asked, gesturing toward the office door. "Just through there, nobody would see us leaving."
He slightly cocked his head to the side at the response. What did she mean? He'll ask her later. He nodded, "Yeah. That will do." Quinn gestured the girl, "Ladies first." Afterwards, he glanced over his shoulder to check on the bodies again before exiting the back entrance, and then closed the door.
She walked through the door without a second thought. To one part of her, those bodies were just people that would die anyway, but to the other, they were human beings who didn't deserve that. She didn't want to think about it. She looked around the back alley they had exited into. "...I think it's time for me to travel back to my house and pay my dear parents a visit." She said. "You can go your separate way if you want."
"Oh," a feeling sunk. "Wait." Her parents? "What? You can't do that! Especially after what they had done to you!" What is she up to? Did she totally forget about what happened yesterday? "You can't..." He was confused again, "You can't just go back!" Go my separate way? What is she thinking!? "Bree!"
(( how far are her parents ))
(( how far are her parents ))
"They have to pay at some point, Quinn! I can't just.. Sit and do nothing anymore, and continue killing people!" She turned away from him. "You can either come with me, or you can leave. Because no matter what happens, I'm going to try and end this bull****." ((Prob not too far))
"Not with that wound, you don't!" He stepped forward as soon as the girl turned around, "Do you seriously think you could come back and win? What you're doing right now is hasty, Bree. Because even without my help, you won't succeed anyway!" And that was that, because she WILL lose, no matter what happens. After all, the Fugisakis is an all-powerful family, he thought fustratingly. It's suicide. She can't do it alone, and he can't go with her, especially not at this time.
"Without your HELP? Excuse me?" She was personally offended at that. "I'll have you ******* know, that I'm just as ******* strong as my parents, asshat!" She was screaming at him, all thoughts of staying hidden gone. "And now you're saying I can't do this without YOUR help?! You would've died if I didn't share my ******* food with you!" She stomped on his foot, and then ran off. She wasn't sure where she was going, but her feet ended up carrying her to her special spot, her lake.
Before having the chance to say anything, he yelped as she stomped his foot. "--****! What the hell!" Arrogant little girl! Arching at his foot, he looked up only to see that Bree was running away from him. This is the end, he thought. Now that she was out of sight, surely, she won't ever want to come near him again the next time they meet.
It was only until then when he heard a splash.
It was only until then when he heard a splash.
She sighed, angrily running her fingers through her hair. "Who does he think he is?" She muttered. Without thinking, she jumped into the water, just wanting to wash away her anger... Then she remembered that she couldn't swim once her head went under the murky water. "Oh-!" She struggled in the water. ****. This was dumb. That was a dumb idea. ****. She kept trying to keep her head above water, but it was extremely difficult, and nobody was there to help. Hell, she'd probably die in here and nobody would notice. Her cut made it even harder to struggle.
