Elizabeth (Lizzy) Marks is a vampire, plain as day. They live in a world were vampires and werewolves are a common threat. Its so bad that the government has a special branch of the military for Hunting Vampires and another for Hunting Werewolves. They don't care if your one of the goods, or bads, they just know your not human. So you must die. Lizzy, is one of the goods, she only drinks blood from blood bags or from animals, and never hurts anyone. But once again, the patrols don't care. One night, while she was in the middle of robbing a blood bank with some of her buddies, most of them not as dedicated to not hurting people as her, the Vampire Hunters roll up to stop the robbery/kill the vamps. Something happens (will happen in RP) and one of the Hunters let Lizzy go, none of the others had seen her. And that's where it starts, basically forbidden love.

Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.

Leo here is the best candidate for vampire-hunter, as he was originally designed to be a part of your typical mercenary team to kill people. This is no real stretch for him. He is typically best used in a modern setting. Is this a problem?

I'd be interested, if you're still looking. My character Leon is a hardass who's actually really nice and sweet if you get to know him. And sometimes I rp him as a merc or a bounty hunter, or a soldier, so this role won't be too much of a stretch.
