Forums » Help » Getting Character Icons to Crop Correctly

Hey, so.

When putting a picture on a character's profile, I'm having a hard time getting it to fit properly to the frame that it sits in. You can hopefully see what I mean here. http://www.rprepository.com/site.php?char=54152&page=119065

See how there's an emtpy space at the bottom of the image? How would I go about "stretching" the picture to fit properly? I've figured out how to reduce images down to a size below 100KB, but this solution eludes me. Any help you could offer would be much-appreciated.

Edit: My sister helped me with my problem, and now my images are cropped correctly. Thanks for the feedback.

In order for the image to fit correctly, you should crop it into a square and then upload it to RPR. The site can do the rest and shrink it down to the correct size.

Any image editing program will allow you to do this (even Paint) and there are plenty of websites which can help you.

That sounds a lot like what I've tried already. With Paint, in fact. But, perhaps I didn't do it right. I will try again. Thanks for the tip.
