I mean relationship status as in who your character is in love with? Im kind of new to the site and ive spent time toggling with my O.C's page. Does this exist? If not Could it be added?

At current, such a widget doesn't exist and it's unlikely to be added because of the existing alternatives. You can change the title of a relationship type; for example, you could change "Acquaintance" to "Lover". Any character you connect yours with as an acquaintance will then show up as their lover. This does mean you have to reserve one of the four connection types for this specific relationship status.

To change an existing category on your character's page, go to edit your character and go to the Character Connections widget. Click the pencil next to Character Connections, and it will let you change the Title of the connection type.

Most folks simply link to the lover/partner/spouse either as a Family member with extra information, or manually add them to any of the text/stats widgets. (If you scroll down a little on Panne's page, you'll find a tidbit saying "Relationship: Single"; if she ends up involved with someone this will be changed to the character's name with a link to their RPR).

Good luck! I believe there are plans to improve the connections system in the future to allow for better flexibility, as described here and here, but I don't know how useful/specific they will be for what you asked. Feel free to vote on these development plans and leave comments if you have anything to add.

I'd definitely recommend using a Basic Info widget to write that kind of thing in, or even devoting a text widget to it. There are no current plans for adding a "lover" connection status, since in 99% of the cases, it would only be useful once per character.
